At 7:13pm on a sun night went to get some food and the store is closed when it says on the door they are open till 9pm the ladies and what appears to be a friend in there. Not very good customer service!!

My husband and I came to this location for dinner not only were we greeted with an unpleasant employee, but we had vegetables that we’re going bad put on our sun!! I do not recommend this location at all.

Walked in and there was the most terrible employee with a horrible attitude. She was throwing stuff around and proclaiming she was the only one there. Literally slammed a pan on the floor and let it side down the floor to the back room. This store obviously has serious issues with staffing and needs to hire nicer people. 0 stars because we walked out.

Subway has always been my go to sub place. I have noticed the last 3 or 4 times I have gotten subway that there’s less and less meat. All the meats are sliced paper thin and your paying $10.00 for a sub that barely has any meat on it. Even after paying $3 or more extra for double meat it’s just not worth the money anymore. The pictures are off two sandwiches made exactly the same my husbands was worse then mine on the amount of meat used. It was good would just love to have meat on my sandwich. That and always changing the sauces. Sweet onion has been my favorite since I was a kid then the mix it with the teriyaki. Then I start using the honey mustard and it gets changed to honey and brown mustard mixed. I’m just over it lol like dang subway please go back to the old subway.

Very disappointed. Subway salads were once flavorful and appealing. What we ordered was anything but. Our order was not fulfilled correctly (missing items) and the dressing was the most tasteless thing I’ve ever eaten. It was just essentially an oily bowl of lettuce and chicken with toppings I didn’t order and none of the ones I paid for. Will NOT eat at Subway again.

Tried to come in and order some breakfast…. Employee states they don’t when she can serve me because her machine is “wonky”…. Strange to open the doors but not be able to actually serve anyone…

They made my daughter's sandwich completely wrong and refused to fix it. They also overcharged her. It was $13 for a spinach and jalapeño (no meat or cheese) sandwich and a drink. The sandwich was not supposed to have spinach. However, she did want cheese, mayo, and olives, none of which were on it. The woman refused to fix it, and my daughter was too scared to refuse to pay for it.

Walked in 3-6 and not a hello or welcome to Subway.4 customers sitting and waiting for their subs to be prepared. As I walk up the irritated employee is griping about coming in early and all of the work he had to do.I was being very patient as my family and I wanted subway.When the second couple went to order,he started complaining again and said the shredded lettuces was out .He told them there was not any more prepped. As I decided to leave e he was telling the customers that he was locking the doors and turning the lights out so he could just clean up.This was between 7 and 7:30.He told them he would post a note on the door saying,can't you read,we are closed! Posted hrs say open till9pm.Between not acknowledging me and the complaining the entire time I left the Subway and will never return.I guess he will be happy to lose at least one customer.Dont understand how he is still employed.

I had the best customer service this morning. The young man that helped me was so nice and went above and beyond. This is how customer service should be done! I wish I would have gotten his name. Give this man a raise!

This store is run only by children there's not a single adult that checks on anything if there is they're just as bad. Run out of meatballs bread and other basics by 5 every single day. They usually have one poor boy working by himself I know because I've seen it multiple times in person. It's poorly managed and the workers are poorly trained to resolve issues. But hey it looks nice.
