“Picking Up and Dropping off process was quick and easy. I was unable to meet my initial pickup time so I called the 800 number and within seconds I was able to update the time and my reservation. The truck (10 foot) was easy to drive, clean and superb air conditioning, which was definitely needed with the temperature over 95 degrees. Continue the great service and I will be recommending friends and family for their next move. Thank you U-HAUL Staff !!!”

“We lease a 26' box truck. They're always consistent with communication and p.m. services. Service shop is always PACKED but they still manage to properly cycle the repairs. Good folks, great reps. Upper Management could do something more to boost moral thou, lotta turnover. So expect that, but overall good shop.”

“Very helpful and kind, I had reserved a 26' truck and on the way to pick it up, I received a call that there was a mechanical issue with the truck since it had been returned and they wouldn't be able to rent it to me. They immediately arranged for alternatives for me at nearby locations, and transferred all my information for a seamless rental with no setbacks. I had the truck I reserved within the next half hour. “The only thing which the owner knows about and literally cant do anything about the is lack of parking i had to park across the street because there wasnt any place for me to park while i rented the uhaul for a few hours doing something local but i was really happy with the service and no non sense and easy to understand rental agreement”

“I was in on January 22nd and Stephanie was so incredibly helpful and friendly with my rental. She went and beyond providing excellent customer service. It was a very tense moving situation and I was already burnt out. The moving help cancelled last minute so I had to reschedule my rental and it was very easy to do. She was very accommodating which really helped to lower my anxiety. The location was super convenient right downtown and the rental was perfect (new, clean and reliable). I went back two days later for another rental needed for FB marketplace finds. I didn’t get her name but the woman who helped me on Saturday Jan 24th was also fantastic (friendly, professional, helpful and understanding, again putting me at ease). I highly recommend this location and will use them again in the future. Thank you ladies!”

“Got great help and advice at all the locations I visited. Rented a 20ft truck with a tow behind dolly for a car. Also used the referral from U-Haul to load it. I think I saved quite a bit doing it this way, rather than hire movers.Just be ready for driving a big truck with a car towed behind. Not too bad once you get going on the freeway. Don’t get into a situation with this setup where you have to back up, not advised.”
