Worst package delivery drivers ever. Too lazy to check the address and get out of their car. Every time they send them back for insufficient address! Every time theres nothing wrong with it they’re just too dumb and lazy to look.

Love the employees at this post office. Very small post office, BUT the employees go above and beyond to help you. I have to thank Lee and staff especially for going out of their way on a busy weekend to help my husband locate a priority letter for which he needed yesterday to take with him on his flight. With their hard work and determination the letter was found. Can’t highly recommend this post office and the outstanding customer service friendly staff.

Very unhappy with castle hayne post office they are always delivering my pa pckages to the street behind me and those people keep my packages everytime if the post office would take the time to look at the address and delviver to the right address I wouldn't be loosing hundreds of dollars it's been happening for years and still just can't get it right

Because we have dogs in the fence that bark they won’t deliver our packages. Meanwhile I ordered something and I thought it was coming FedEx but nope it came USPS, wasn’t delivered and it was my daughter’s only birthday present. Her birthday is tomorrow and the post office is closed. Y’all suck.

They lose people mail ?,and then pretend that that mail was never in their system,so they don't have to continue to look for it.

The manager is friendly enough but we have so many issues with everyone in the neighborhood getting the wrong mail or packages missing. When you try to call you can hardly get someone to answer the phone. Usually it will ring for 3 1/2 minutes and then go to a busy signal.

I had to buy and send a money order for the first time here. The black haired lady at the desk was super kind, caring and helpful. Every place needs a person like her working there.

Gotta pass on this one. Closing daily from 12p-1p makes it impossible to take care of even basic postal needs, especially if you can only get there during that time.

Lady at the front desk is very unprofessional. Proceeded to tell me I needed an envelope to return some items I had a shipping label for and saying she can’t do anything without an envelope when the professional thing to say would be you need something to ship the items in WE DO SALE BOXES and they are right behind you. Instead her nasty smart mouth was trying to be difficult. Of course I knew they needed a box because I don’t know what envelope she thought 5 clothing items would fit in….. if you don’t like your job find another one.

Won’t deliver packages to your front door if they don’t fit in your mailbox, will mark them as “delivery attempted”, then you’re forced to take time out of your day to accommodate their odd business hours to come get your package that they wouldn’t deliver because they’re too lazy to put it on the front porch.
