Place smells like cigarettes. Workers act like you are invisible. Not recommended unless you don’t mind smelling like a cigarette

Always dirty and cant walk through the place,shelves empty,need somebody that knows what they're doing or maybe somebody just to do something!!!! This part is added Aug 4 2024, this store is the absolute worst. They should just close it. No carts for customers. All the carts were full of merchandise,junk marked down,then when u check out things scan wrong and they could care less,they look at you like you're stupid for wanting them to fix it and give you your money back.

Not sure where to start other than the fact Breyers ice cream is not Dreyers ice cream and we bought Edys it’s so crazy!
And we went in for Bryers and to obtain the $3 off coupon and they didn’t even have any Breyers in store or a ticket for Breyers. Something has got to stop with these Dollar Generals

Went in today and was greeted by a young gentleman. He greeted all the customers entering. Being the only person there, he made sure every person was acknowledged. I purchased a half dozen of plates and bowls and he made sure to take the time to wrap each one. Another young man came in, a new employee, and he asked if he had begun his training. The new employee answered no and said he was immediately put to work. The young gentleman seemed a little upset by this. It seems he understands the concept that you have to invest and train your employees. You have to put time into them in order for them to be the best they can be. I don’t know what the young man’s name was—but Dollar General did something amazing when they got him. Amazing service and hands on with his associates.
