“We recently went to the USPS in Cleveland, SC, to apply for new passports. The lady who assisted us was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process much easier than I could have imagined. I received both a phone call and an email from her the day before our appointment explaining in detail exactly which documents and copies I needed to bring. At our appointment, she assembled our documents, took our photos, and prepared everything for mailing. We paid the required fees and left knowing everything was taken care of in a professional manner.”
