Very helpful and great facility. Jen was kind when helping me move in and dealing with the payment of my unit. Upon my need to close my unit and finish utilizing the service, Nick Gualtieri was understanding and extremely helpful. Great pricing and even better staff. I recommend to others and will revisit if need arises.

After being a customer for 8 months they increased the rate 8%. This was even after I rented another unit next to it for full price. They did give me the 1st month free on the 2nd unit. They were able to manage the renter that was in that unit up and out after they over took the access area. Was happy about that. Also happy with the payment system and them dealing with the insurance they requested via. e-mail. Great location and the staff is pleasant and friendly. Took them 3 months to fix their security gate which was not an issue for me, but surprised they could not have resourced that fix sooner.

Nick is a helpful manager! I’m not new to Prime/Cedar Point. Just moving spaces and Nick took care of me in a good fashion. Despite online booking my space that he had reserved, he made it work out for me..a bit more of a move but it went well.. thanks to Nick!!!
