I had rented a unit, which I have never done before. I wanted climate control, not knowing it was inside. Craig/Greg (sorry not sure of his name) in the office was able to switch me to an outside unit, and was able to get me the same price as the other one. I appreciate his help with everything that was going on (my family was getting antsy to waiting). I will recommend Prime.

Good experience with these guys. Secure sites, good area, friendly staff. I stored a camper there. I'm planning on keeping my boat there for fishing in the spring. Convenient location for many reasons.
