purchased a car from this dealership a while back and i have to say im not very satisfied. had to spend thousands of dollars on repairs with the transmission and AC was broke and was not mentioned. the customer service was excellent but the car itself had many issues that was not explained when purchasing. i would not recommend this dealership

So far very unhappy customer. I've had to spend about $1000 on repairs and now it left me stranded on Saturday and another repair bill bought a extended warranty that don't cover crap so I won't recommend or do business with you again.

One star is too generous. Worst used car experience in my life at enormous expense. Go anywhere else. These guys act like they’re going to do anything to “make it right” when you have a concern, but the deal they gave on on an old Xterra for $5k turned into a slow drip that averaged $500/month in repairs. 11mos later, my mechanic urged me to donate the vehicle for parts. A $5k investment became a total waste of over $11k. Whether they are intentional or ignorant I cannot say, but I deeply regret trusting them

Fantastic experience. This has been my best car buying experience in decades. As someone who goes over the top on due diligence before buying a car, I found Danny & Kim to be accommodating, honest & willing to work with me to ensure that I felt confident and happy with my purchase. I was encouraged to utilize my mechanic and they worked to take care of any concern. I highly recommend North Shore Auto And will return again when I need a car.Maureen Keenan

This was the best car buying experience that I have had in decades. I tend to be extreme in my due diligence and Danny & Kim encouraged me to consult my mechanic and to take the vehicle as long as needed to do so. The vehicle had a few minor issues that they promptly repaired, with an invitation to come back if the issues persisted. Their level of service and their commitment to their customers was superior and they negotiated a great price. I'll be back.

The young lady who works here is very nice but they couldn't find me what I wanted. Most of their vehicles do have a few minor issues like needing brakes or other regular maintenance items or cosmetic damage which is why I never could settle on anything in the lot. BUT they are the cheapest lot in three counties. You'll pay a fair price so you can afford to do regular maintenance on the car, which anyone should do anyway. My advice is take whatever you pick to YOUR OWN mechanic before purchasing and get up with them after their auction day if they don't have what you're looking for.

Sold car with bad brake line, aswell as a water pump leak. Took over 4 months to get my title (bought car outright) they had unhooked the battery so check engine light would not come on (until after driving awhile) aswell as the radiator just being filled with water. I will have to put money into this car to get it driving and tagged because it ran out before I got my title. This isn't how a business should be run, they knew what they where selling.

I’ve bought countless cars in my life time. Through experience, I’ve learned how you are treated after a sale is just as important as the day of the sale. I contacted Danny, the owner about a question I had after I had purchased the vehicle a week prior. Danny couldn’t have been more nicer and informative. He had to research something and told me he would call me back. He called right back with great suggestions. I’m extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased and I highly recommend North Shore. The day of the sale, Kimberly and Misty were great to work with. They made it a fun buying experience. Thank you to everyone at North Shore!
