I had been getting used tires from here for years and loved the people that work there. I finance a new set of tires online and go to have them put on. Boss comes out and says I'm missing a lugnut they can't do it so I said I'd go get it and had to go to Whiteville to get it. I passed multiple tire places and remained loyal to the place I loved. I get back and the young man walked into the office comes out and says "boss said we don't have time". There were no customers and 45 minutes before closing after I wasted time and money I then figured out he just didn't want to put them on and instead of telling me like a man he sent me for something I didn't need. He didn't even tell me himself he made a young man do it. Spineless douchebag that screws over loyal customers. Whiteville new and used tires are honest and better just go there.

Good prices and always seems to have what you need. One area that could use a little work is the speed and attitudes of some employees but definitely not all of them are this way! There is a person or two that doesn't really seem like he wants to be there or communicate well with people but overall a good place to get a tire!

Great people! Great prices!! Tires are perfect!! Ty to the guys there. Took me right in. Not a long wait time. Very clean waiting area!! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone for great used tires and awesome customer service ☺️
