I visited the Chadbourn DG . I told Clara and Gracie their store was the cleanest neatest store I had been in. Everything was in place. No boxes in the isles!

I will never go back to this store. A male cashier cheated an older lady out of her change by claiming she gave him a$10 bill rather than a $20, which I witnessed. The lady chose not to challenge the cashier, though she was cheated.I don't know why this happened but it is shameful. If the cashier did this on purpose, he will not be blessed, until he repents.

It is the effort and the heart of the employees that helped this review go from a 2 ⭐️ to a 3 ⭐️. I have never been one to shy away from giving credit where credit is due. And I have a thorough understanding that employees interacting with customers on the front lines and where the rubber meets the road have only limited empowerment to make significant changes and improvements. Put outside of the effort and heart of the employees here this location leaves a lot to be desired.

The only issue that I had was that they had a lot of empty shelves and they had pallets of product sitting around everywhere made it kind of hard for someone who's handicapped to maneuver through all the stuff they have sitting around
