    I gave a 4 star because they answered the phone promptly. Otherwise, I have no contact with them. When I contacted them, they said they don't do mobile mechanic at all. So i was not able to use them

    J&E was great! We needed our alternator replaced on Father’s Day Sunday. They welcomed us in and replaced it in a timely manner! Outstanding service, hospitality, and kindness. We would recommend them to anyone. Thank you J&E!!

    J&E was great! They were responsive, knowledgeable and professional with their work. They provided great customer service, especially for a Friday night after hours. Helped us get back home safely. They also saved us money over other competitors who wouldn’t open their shops after hours.
