Our daughter had a procedure done and our usual pharmacy didn’t have the medication she needed in stock and wouldn’t have it until the following week. After a few calls to other pharmacies in the area, we kept getting the same response until my husband contacted Koonce. One the Dr was able to get the prescription transferred over, the Pharmacist and Pharmacist Tech worked diligently and were so kind to stay after hours to ensure we got the prescription we needed so our daughter wouldn’t have to be in pain over the next few days… I am so thankful for their professionalism, patience and kindness they’ve shown towards myself and my family!

The staff at Koonce are outstanding! I needed a medication for my son that I could not find anywhere else and the ladies at Koonce went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get my babies medicine! Professional and compassionate staff.

This place not only treats there coworkers wrong but also takes advantage of the people working there .other coworkers used to talk shot about the person I know would let costumers harass them and move them to other locations without them knowing and the person I know worked a 24 hour shift and then at 10:00 was let known that she got fired this is a horrible Environment to not only work at but to be in period I would recommend getting your prescriptions somewhere else such as Walmart or Walgreens

The only way I can imagine that they stay in business with such incompetent staff is if they are employed by family. However even if the man I spoke to today were my own son, I would terminate him immediately. The level of unprofessionalism and insolent tone of the man who answered the phone at 10:40am on 2/10/2022 is incomprehensible. McNeill's pharmacy is a 14min drive from me and worth every mile!

I am truly blessed to work for Koonce Medicine Mart. I love what I do, and Healthcare is such a wonderful place to be. The relationships that I have built over the past 20 years with customers and coworkers have been heartfelt. I have seen so many come and go that have blessed my life. I believe that I am in the right profession and enjoy helping those in need. I love you all! Stay blessed and prayed up!

This has got to be the slowest, most in professional drug store in this area!! There is a sign at the drive thru that says "drop off & pick up only" yet I sat behind the same car for nearly 40 minutes!! Not to mention when I went inside, the girls seemed to have absolutely no knowledge of the job they are paid to do
