“I was dealing with another pharmacy that couldn't keep their records straight enough to give me the correct meds. I shopped around for a more friendly shop. This pharmacy got my business due to the first impression. They got my records and go it right on the first try. They helped me get my scripts transferred and was very patient with getting the business straightened out with my former place. I am satisfied for the first time since I started using Whiteville doctors.”

“Have been going to different Walgreens for many many years and this is the second time I was extremely disappointed with the pharmacy itself. For the most part everyone working in the pharmacy was very helpful, pleasant and attentive, except for one employee. I really wish I would have written her name down so I wouldn't forget. She was very rude and not attentive at all. At first I thought it was just me but while waiting and watching she was like that with absolutely everyone. Every single other employee working in the pharmacy were great. I just do not understand why some people even go out in society with a bad attitude against the whole world. I understand that people can have a bad day, I truly do. Why take it out on everyone????!!!! Having an employee with attitude issues can really affect a business.”
