“I can’t say enough good about the gentlemen at Worley’s!!! Our ordeal started on a Sunday afternoon in Myrtle Beach when the brakes on our truck went 2 hours before we were planning to drive home to Boston. Incidentally we notice the gas tank dangling as the strap had let go. The place we brought our truck to in MB did not have the resources or parts to fix the gas tank but were able to use a ratchet strap along with the frame of the truck to hoist the gas tank. That place told us they were confident we would make it from Myrtle Beach to Boston without any issues. After being on the road for an hour we decided to stop and check on everything. My husband found the ratchet strap broken with everything dangling from the truck. Worley’s happened to be next to the gas station we stopped off at. We pulled in and my husband explained the bad situation we were in with our kids in the back and a cargo trailer hooked to the back of the truck with 800 miles to reach home. They had our truck in a bay on a lift immediately, dropping everything else they were doing. My husband asked them if there was anything they could do to make sure we would be okay until we got home. They did better than that. They would not even think about putting a bandaid on the problem. They would not let us drive away until the problem was completely resolved. To say they saved us is an understatement. The peace of mind they gave us that we would get our kids home safe is priceless! Thank you to the Worley crew ~ Luke and Ashley from Boston MA”
