Not happy with AT & T rep who came to my house in Briar Chapel Chapel Hill. It appears that he made out better than I did. Quoted me a monthly bill price when all said and done that is way over
I suggest that you do your own research before making any purchases. I usually always do that but this one got away from me. Not happy at all
I called but they said I should have gotten everything in writing. AT&T pre customers beware!!!

I waited over an hour today to simply turn in a phone, there was only employee working and they didn’t know how to do anything. This was the third time I had come in the store. Each of the other times I waited 30+ minutes. They had no idea how to prioritize and triage all their customers it was horrible. Go anywhere else!

Adam H was so patient and helpful. I'm old and don't understand anything and he helped me out with respect. He was very friendly and had just the right amount of humor. Great work!

Worst customer service ever. Wish I could give it one star. Total unhelpful when I went into to talk about different plans available.

We are AT&T customers and we were frauded pretty much. They literally told us to take a free tablet and watch and then charged us for it.
It's quite sad because people are really nice but in trying to sell an offer to us, they didn't tell us the charges and when we came back to talk to them, they kept misunderstanding us.
It's really not a communication issues, it's a transparency issue.

We are a small busness in CH, I went to the CH store to get help with a Ipad. Albert, Lailo and staff completly reviewed my AT&T account and I ended with a new Ipad, TV system, internet for $180 less than i had been paying, I advise you pay them a visit !!!

The store is fine and I have no issue with ATT. But there is only one employee working at the store at a time which has me waiting here for an hour to do two minutes of business.

I had a complicated situation involving 2 AT&T accounts I needed to consolidate, a deceased parent whose number I needed to keep temporarily, and a need to swap the living parent’s phone for the deceased parent’s newer phone… Jason was AMAZINGLY helpful, explaining options I didn’t even realize existed and walking me through the whole process with incredible patience!

Caleb and Al in there were absolutely amazing and helped me with my technical issue. They went above and beyond to solve my issue and made sure I was well taken care of. I live in Durham but drove to Chapel Hill for the quality of service you get here. I am very grateful and thankful to have met these guys! I highly recommend this store!
