Worst customer service ever. Not talking about being friendly but rather following up on banking issues that occurred-no return of phone calls, texts and emails.

I walked in and no one acknowledged me. Another customer walked in afterwards and was acknowledged immediately.The representative who I spoke with was not welcoming AT ALL. I bank with PNC, Charles Schwab, and some others and I have never recieved such "coldness." I opened my account at a branch outside of this state and recieved a different experience. If me doing business was based off of this branch, it would be non-existent. This branch needs additional customer service training.

Worst business banking experience in my life. I loved BB&T and received a real home-town banking experience, like calling you before they cancel your business credit cards due to a fraud alert. My Quickbooks is stocked full of duplicate transactions for my Truist business credit cards and bank account. And when they cancel a card without asking... why not continue to add duplicate transactions to that card for quickbooks as well as the new card? OR... why not create another card that does not exist and add more duplicate transactions... Such has been my hell for 2021 and 2022 tax prep. This is why I began transitioning all my business banking to First Citizens in July of 2022. It's amazing how easy and quickly all the First Citizens accounts reconciled with zero issues, unlike the hours and multiple reams of printouts of credit card and banking statements to try and figure out the Truist labyrinth left behind in Quickbooks. Oh... hope you don't have your card canceled and then want to go online to look at previous statements... you'll need to go into the branch, hoping someone is actually there... and have a branch manager print out your old statements which are no longer available online although your card was canceled only last week... Never again. Also - the Truist slogans on the wall when you walk in the branch. They provide such reassurance, the way good slogans do. Next week, I'll try depositing some of their slogans in my account, and see how much hope they provide to my balance.

Poor branch management. Some great staff (especially the tellers) and some bankers who feel entitled and rude. There is a need for policy training for all staff who answer phones as the advice they give is often wrong. Gone down hill dramatically on the customer service.

I wouldn't open my account made my initial deposit with my payroll check I was not told until after I made the deposit and they had taken my check that it was now gonna be a 7 day hold I told the bank I couldn't do that I needed my money and to give me back my check so I could go cash it they refused saying they could not want it was deposited to know that hijacking my money for 7 days and no one will help me I've spent 9 hours on the phone. If I could give negative stars there would not be enough

Great place to do all your banking. The helpful staff is always willing to assist and answer all your questions. This branch is in a convenient location with a drive-thru and atm to help serve customers faster.

Disappointed in this BB&T location. Teller was rude, unprofessional, and made weird comments. Unsurprisingly, the branch did not have a manager inhouse. If they did, I guarantee the staff would interact differently.

This is a very nice branch. Great location. Fast and friendly service. I'm currently having my construction loan done here and the whole process has been absolutely flawless. Great people to work with. They can help you with any banking needs you have.

I drove from Greensboro all way to this BB&T that was open on a Saturday for them to tell me I couldn’t withdraw my money from my debit card and the lady was just rude as she can be I left really upset and mad
