$3.85 for one can of Pepsi? No thanks, I’ll just drive by from now on…what a bunch of price gauging. I won’t be back. Staff was rude as well…I didn’t like anything about this place lol.

So i came in saturday like around 2pm and let me tell you the black gentlemen that works there was beyond rude, sassy and arrogant. This is not the first time this has happened and i have mentioned this to the owner previously but it seems like he enables the nonsense. He needs to work on his people skills and his attitude. Always on his phone like we are not standing here waiting to get checked out.

Very Rude Service there needs to be a new gas station put out this way everyone will go to it these people that own and run this place are horrible people. I wouldn’t shop here ever again make sure you fuel up before coming this way so you don’t have to stop and get gas. Something off with this place and people

The Indian guy (whose the owner) is very rude! I came into the store for the first time to make a purchase and wasn't even acknowledged. I grab my items and walk to the register and he's just standing there texting, he didn't even pause to look up even after I said "Umm, hello" he made sure that I waited for him to finish his text as he started using both hands to finish. He never said hello he just took my items and scanned them and said the total. He was very dry, showed no concern that he wasted my time waiting for him, and showed that he really didn't want to deal with me as a customer. I will never shop in here again and I don't see how it's still successfully operating with an obviously self entitled individual. He needs a management and customer service course!

I have passed this store many times but never stopped. On 06-10-2024 I needed to stop for gas. I go in I don't see anyone at the register, I look around at two registers I see no one. ( crazy, cashier sees me and does and says nothing until "AFTER" I had walked up to a pay paid at the counter, and punches in my Harris Teeter loyalty #, put my card in as instructed. He shows up punches a few buttons; then the cash register opens, and then he closes it.
He doesn't ask how may I help you. I'm thinking I'm okay. He just shows up with this attitude and unnecessary arrogance laced with rudeness. Maybe he was having a bad day OR he needs to be doing something else beyond customer service. First and last time their.

The owner who i assume is the tall indian guy is very rude and incompetent. He has 2 machines to pay and when i try to use 1 he says use the other which is odd. Either the card reader is not working or he just forces us to use a specific one. He is always on his phone ignoring some of the people who enter the store. He is visibly rude to customers and lashes out for no reason at all. I was so shocked seeing customers leave because they were literally waiting for him to scan items for them but he apparently was too focused on his phone call.

This is not the first time this Black guy working in this gas station approached me this way. I asked to use the toilet and when i was done he asked me why am i still in the toilet for this long in front of other customers SO embarrassing and he made a smart comment. This happened sunday by 1:30 or so, place is okay for what it is but this guy was rude.

The woman who runs this store is a horrible person. First of all if people are looking at items and taking their sweet time to ensure they made the right choice you don’t treat them like they are about to steal from you, she’s ignorant, a bully, and unkind. If you’re in a customer service business like that, you don’t act like that with anyone. Also there are a ton of expired goods in her store and things that should be gotten rid of, but she’s more interested in running her ignorant mouth than making sure expired things are not in her store. Would not recommend! Shop at your own risk!!!!!!!

Very rude lady who works at the cash register. I simply asked if there was a restroom while I was on a road trip and she acted like I was being ridiculous to ask such a question.

There is an African lady working behind the counter, she might be the owner based on how she acts. But she is rude to customers, and I witnessed her bullying a Mexican man who had trouble understanding English when trying to use his card to buy some gas. I felt bad for the guy. She was nice to me a few times, but I've witnessed her rudeness to other often. As for the store itself, it's very good. Has fishing gear, snacks, and drinks. I come here before my kayaking trips at Jordan lake to buy some trailmix! Overall not a bad experience, but the African lady needs better customer service skills.
