This hotel was very accommodating. We had to do two different reservations due to the conference we attended and we got to keep the same room. The staff was so nice and helpful.
Let me tell you about our bartender Darrick. He was friendly, sassy, and made some damn good drinks. If I lived here, I would want to be around him all the time. We had the best time hanging out w him at the bar. 10/10

The hotel doesn't clean the room the very well. At this hotel cars were broken into last Saturday night. I left my airpods in the room and went back to get them within 10 minutes and whoever clean the room took my airpods. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

First room I was assigned was occupied. Ordered a sandwich from the restaurant for lunch, was told I didn't need to order fries because the sandwich came with them. Received sandwich, no fries. Room service is offered but there are no menus available to view in the rooms. All of the info shows the restaurant opens at 5pm, but when I called to request a menu, was told it wouldn't do me any good because the restaurant doesn't open until 5:30. I never leave reviews but it's been really disappointing to feel like I'm paying to be an inconvenience to the folks working here. I'll be dining elsewhere tonight.

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever experienced in my life. No microwave anywhere in the rooms or building. We had to switch rooms constantly because of no hot water. Security was recording us on the balcony. We wasn’t loud or doing anything other than standing on it enjoying the view. Told management these things and she could care less. Our fire stick got stolen from housekeeping. I’ll never stay at this place ever again!! However I will give a huge shoutout to Clinton who works front desk. He has superb, flawless and unmatched customer service!! Everyone else there has a nasty attitude.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Europa Dr with out of town guests for my daughter's wedding in Chapel Hill. We could not have been happier here. Charisma was super helpful and was there for us with anything we needed. Easy to work with. As well as Clinton and Alexander at the front desk. The property is lovely and has a great vibe for gathering. We definitely recommend!

I have stated at this hotel a few times and I normally enjoy it. However, my last visit a worker walked into my room without knocking and saw me undressed. I felt embarrassed and violated. After speaking with the manager who was extremely apologetic, stated I wouldn't have to pay for my stay. This was in August 2024, I have been charged 3 times since then having to relive this incident and explain it to another manager Zsamece and now accounting. Yesterday I spoke with Blessing in accounting and she told me she reviewed my email, but went to get her coffee so she hasn't had a chance to refund me. She stated she would review everything and see. At this point she can look at my account and see this has been reversed multiple times. I'm extremely disgusted and disappointed.

The rooms are nice but daily housekeeping is mediocre. They make the beds and replace the towels but everyday I had to go to the front desk to get more coffee because they never replaced that when they serviced my room.
Bartenders were friendly and food is very mediocre for the prices.
Front staff is extremely rude and make you feel as though you’re a burden when you ask a question or need assistance. I would never recommend this Marriott to anyone because of the front desk staff and it was shocking because I’ve stayed at many Marriott locations all over the country and the staff is never like this one. It’s a shame but Marriott needs to do better with this location.

Nearby activities: Is close to everything UNC-CH. close to Botanical Gardens
Safety: Single and they put me 1/2 way down a very dark hallway with very muted light.
Food and drinks: Expensive over $15 for a cup of soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. Charged twice on credit card — calling cc company about issue.
Noteworthy details: Was told prior to booking they had FREE shuttle service to take me to the UNC-CH hospital for my appointment the following morning. Get to hotel and was told they didn’t offer shuttle service. Showed them website where it showed they did and also advised I confirmed this before booking. One main reason I booked a room here. Was told by several people they would call me about the lie I was told and 2 weeks later nothing. Very unprofessional

Disappointing Stay - Basic Hotel with Poor Service
I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. The view from my room was nothing special—just the highway and the parking lot. The front desk staff, particularly Alexander, was not pleasant. Despite my clear request for a room on a higher floor, I was assigned a room on the 1st floor. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Alexander claimed there were no other rooms available, even though I later saw another guest check in and receive a higher floor room.
The hotel itself is as basic as they come. The pool overlooks the parking lot, which detracts from any relaxation, and breakfast costs $15 per person. Considering the price, you’d likely find better breakfast options nearby. While my room did have a balcony, the balcony door was so loud that people at the pool could hear it every time I opened it.
When I brought up my concerns about the room, Alexander suggested I check out and find another hotel, which was not helpful given my situation. I suspect that booking through Priceline may have contributed to the subpar room assignment.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are likely better options in the area for a similar price.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY OR YOUR CAR!! If I could give negative stars I would!! Just a warning to anyone wanting to stay here they have absolutely no cameras outside of the facility. My truck was broken into with multiple items stolen, along with several other trucks. I spoke with the General Manager RENO and he informed me that the company will not do anything other than refund the room. They do not take guest safety seriously and clearly don't care if you're robbed on their property. I'm absolutely disgusted.
Safety: This is not a safe place to stay. The hotel does not care about personal safety or about your car/belongings. For a company that makes millions they can't shell out a single penny for their guests.

The hotel is in great shape. Feels like everything is new. The members' club is very comfortable. The fitness room has great equipment and lots of it. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
