I’ve been going to Burn 4-5x per week for the last three weeks and I’m hooked! The workouts push you in all of the right ways, I feel so accomplished afterwards and really appreciate the community aspect of the classes. I felt like I was complacent with my workouts at home before joining Burn, and I can already see some body composition changes after only a few consistent weeks. Steven/Lindsay and the rest of the trainers are all awesome!

I stepped into burn less than 3 months ago after hearing from a friend that they offered great workouts while providing in house child care. This was super appealing as my 7 year old was now out of school for the summer. Without realizing what I was signing up for I did the seven day free trial and haven't looked back since. The trainers, the schedule, the community, the workouts, the efficiency of it all in 45 minutes has made it addicting. My new anxiolytic. Even the virtual option has been utilized when work has kept me away. The focus meetings where you meet with the trainers to talk about anything: nutrition, injuries, goals, etc are an added bonus.Everything and everyone has been welcoming and encouraging. So happy to be apart of the Chapel Hill Burn Boot Camp!

Okay, if you’ve taken a couple years off from exercise like me, then this is a pretty good place to get your @$$ back in shape. The workouts are fun but hard, and the vibe is pleasant and positive. I’m still in the “my muscles still hurt from last week” part of my workout routine, but in a couple of months I’ll be excited to see where I am. I would recommend Burn Boot Camp. Good people, great workout, very convenient location.

Burn is such a wonderful life changer and one of the best physical exercise routines available in the US ! Must do for all , age no bar ! Just try it for a few weeks consistently and you will never be able to quit !! I am so thankful to the whole team including trainers and front desk staff for all the motivation and encouragement. I am a 45 years aged male , started 4 years ago and no looking back since then , all my blood tests have come back to normal with absolutely no medications, of course the daily exercise routine needs to be clubbed with a good diet though!! Steven and team : way to go and thanks a bunch !!

I love Burn Bootcamp Chapel Hill! The community is super supportive and the workout is different every time, so never boring. I've done many different types of workouts--trainers, traditional gyms--and this is definitely the best.

I have been part of the Burn Boot Camp Chapel Hill (BBCCH) family for approximately 5 years. I was encouraged by my wife to join BBCCH to address my health and fitness goals. BBCCH addressed those goals and much more. For what it's worth - I work in a leadership role for a Big 4 professional services organization in the world and so take my word when I say the team at BBCCH cares about its customers well-being (I know a thing or two about customer delight and fulfillment). Close to a year after I joined Burn, the world went for a toss i.e. COVID-19. During those weeks of frantic endeavor to secure groceries (and toilet paper), secure our jobs, ensure continued learning for our little ones, and in short to ensure our sanity, BBBCH Zoom workouts was an avenue that gave us a sense of community (and sanity). It was no surprise that coming back to in-person workout after the pandemic was as much fun and intensity like it was before the lock-downs. I feel grateful to have a community like BBCCH to work-out and hang with. All of this is made possible by a few key players at this place -Trainers - Steven, Keaton, Robin, Gabby, and Anna are the cornerstone of making that floating floor a place for well-being, fun and accomplishment. The model of BBCCH is to provide personal training in a group setting. That these folks can cater to a large number of people in any given camp (45 mins long and sometimes 40-50 people strong on the floating floor) speaks volumes about their engagement, capability and caregiving. The trainers are a bundle of energy and love that you want around after a long day's work (applies to me) or to start your day with!Child Caregivers - My son has grown 3 years in the child care at BBCCH. There are many ladies there to thank. We appreciate their time, their involvement and their love. Our son is always excited to go to Burn even after long day of school, so that should speak volumes for itself. I have seen these ladies work very hard as at times there could be 10 kids in that room, ages ranging from infants to adolescents to take care of.A final thanks to the Burn Boot Camp ambassadors as they are the face of the community before you hit the floating floor.After spending countless dollars over the years at many health centers, I feel I have found a place where I am getting a "bang" for my buck, and more! If you are thinking about your health, your well-being and having fun, this is the place to be, to attain those goals and build long lasting friendships!

I can't say enough good things about Burn Boot Camp Chapel Hill! I love how the weekly protocols are switched up with various workouts - it never gets dull. The head instructor Steven and his team are always so welcoming, supportive, and they truly want the best for you (shout-out to the BAs too). The focus meetings and universal membership are such great bonuses to have as well. If you're wanting to get started on a workout routine in a challenging but rewarding environment, this is the place for you!

I have been going to Burn Boot Camp Chapel Hill since moving to NC in 2018. I have enjoyed coming for a variety of workouts while becoming part of a community of strong like minded people. I have always felt welcomed and supported by trainers. They are professional and supportive and do their best to make all the workouts fun and challenging. It is truly the best part of my day every day.

Burn Boot Camp Chapel Hill is my second home quite literally! I still remember my first day and my first pull up :) over 4 years ago just like yesterday. It was special and after over 4 years the feeling is still the same!! Coming back to workouts after an injury few months ago was challenging. But with the support of loving attentive trainers who helped me every step of the way, I have been gradually regaining my strength. The community of cheerleaders who are encouraging and uplifting, is like no other. I have met some kind people here who are part of my life now. If you are looking to boost your confidence, get strong and have fun along the way, look no further. Go give it a try, and you will walk out smiling, which isn’t that bad:)

I love the Burn Boot Camp! You just got to show up! Head instructor Steve and his team are phenomenal! Instructors pay great detail to attention to the individual's form and offer tons of motivation. Every day is a different workout. It is you vs. you. Show up, and instructors care for the rest—no more guesswork. I love the focus meetings. The community is fantastic! Burn Chapel Hill changed my life! Burn is more than just a gym, it’s a community. The trainers are so motivating, compassionate, and work to give me modifications whenever I need them. As a mom, I love meeting and connecting with other moms, the FREE child watch is such a perk. I highly suggest doing a 7-day trial and seeing what Burn Boot Camp Chapel Hill is all about!!!

I walked through the doors of Burn Chapel Hill on opening day nearly 5 years ago, never having worked out a day in my life. 5 years later and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, I’ve met some of my closest friends at BBC and grown comfortable with both my body and with exercise. The trainers are all incredible, and I love the universal membership (yep I’m one of those psychos that works out when traveling).

Not only do they inspire you to be better physically with super challenging work outs (modifications always offered) they are motivating. Best music as well as top notch trainers. I waited too long to join but so glad I’m here now!

I love burn boot camp of chapel hill especially the 5:30 am class I restart my day with energy Steve the best coach, I am a member since the best of the best began.
