Superb in all aspects. For starters you’ve got the Schwab platform, a platform that’s the best out there. Way beyond just trading, you can do performance analysis, analyze your holdings, and so much more.But it’s the people that really make the difference. After 5 years at this Schwab branch they have always — I mean always — been terrific. That doesn’t just mean being professionally polite but also highly knowledgeable and quick to respond.For example, I recently had several questions on a problematic investment situation (dealing with exchange funds) that didn’t even involve Schwab. My Schwab Financial Consultant (Chris Elmore) could have easily — and legitimately— brushed off my questions as a waste of his time. But he didn’t. He quickly got back to me with exact answers to my questions. Those answers have made a material difference to the situation I was facing.I felt compelled to write this after seeing some reviews on this Schwab branch that weren’t 5 stars.

The representative I spoke to at this branch did not seem interested in helping with a pretty simple ask in any way. I was surprised given customer service I’ve had with Charles Schwab in the past.

Needed help with what should have been a relatively easy task, but which Schwab representatives online and over the phone have been unable to help me with. I made the trouble to go to this branch in person to get help with the task - the individual at the front desk did not listen to my concerns, quite literally provided me with the exact same number that's on the back of my ATM card and advised I call there.Would say it's an issue with this bank but honestly it seems a Schwab-wide issue, would advise anyone reading this bank and do brokerage with literally any other comparable company over using these guys. Customer service gets negative points, organization-wide.

My review has little to do with the CH branch. I rarely visit it or call them. The few times I did they had knowledgeable people who were helpful. The downside was the amount of turnover. A revolving door. Would see an adviser twice, then they would be gone. On-line Schwab is where I do most of my interaction with them (99.9%). I used to do chat sessions and get assistance. Now it's zip. Nadda. Bupkus. Just ended a session because I started it, waited 26 minutes and got one automated response. Never got a human. Earlier in the week I started a session, received several automated responses but no human. I ended the chat after 40+ minutes of essentially nothing. Since Jan 1 thereabouts, their customer service has become non-existent. You need to do something about your customer assistance, quickly. Fisher Investments sends me mailers constantly. Charge a little more if that's what it takes.

I'm sure they are helpful if you want to do something that makes the branch money directly. If you just need customer support or have a question, don't waste their time.

I LOVE Schwab If Harry were a real person he would LOVE Schwab too! Believe me he would! With a Friend like Harry is one of my Favorite Movies and if "Harry" were to be re-done (and it should be) Chapel Hill would be the Best Location in the Piedmont! Unlike me (so far) Harry has plenty of Money and being a fan of Switzerland Harry would be coming by Schwab (like me) to make a personal visit Helpful Staff Low Fees Schwab makes the Competition pee themselves a little, more and a little better! And like a Mac10 easily Concealable and Easily Transportable not the pee the money I like depends for the other especially at a buffet

Solid investment brokerage company with a local presence. I usually just stop by and make an occasional deposit. They also have investor education classes in the area.

Teri is a knowledgeable financial advisor. She cares about her clients. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. We have been delighted with the service we have had from Scwab since switching from another firm about a year ago. Much more personalized service. No glitches on the statements or accounting issues. The remote phone staff has also been friendly and helpful the couple of occasions we had to call them.
