These reviews are not out of date. This circle K is closed at random hours of the night, multiple times out of the week and is one of the only 24/7 anythings in the area.
They also always put up written signs and typed out signs that don't look remotely professional.
Trash.
Do better.

Some of these reviews feel out of daye to me (July 2024 here). This circle k has been 24 hours every time I've come by, the only one on the chapel hill side of things that is in my recent experience. The store is a little more expensive than other gas stations for some things, but the cigarette prices are pretty good, and they have regular promotions on those and other items in the store, and the employees have always been really helpful in letting me know about the deals and making sure they get applied. The staff is consistently kind, friendly, and helpful, and I've never been made to feel like I'm a bother by being there, which I do find is a common thing at many gas stations, especially late night. The store is consistently clean and well stocked with a great variety of items.
Honestly, if I could give this place more than five stars I would. There aren't enough 24 hour anything these days in this area and this is definitely my preferred store of those that are. Ten stars! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Prepare to pay full price at this gas station. This Circle K does not participate in Cirlce K rewards because they sell Mobil gas. Their Mobile rewards program is not functional as of mid-January 2024.

At lunchtime, Out of hot dogs. Out of nachos. Froster machine Out if order, and only two flavors. All three treats I was willing to get my kid were not there.

There Sunday 10 th dude was rude white dude 3rd shift but that black girl firm n nice she really sweet n help others I don’t like how customers talk to her but she handles it well she a black tall thick girl she awesome keep her around she cleans help people

Bad service cashier basically told me it was my fault I did not tell her I was doing two transactions (as I was putting gas and grabbing drinks) than told me y I don’t tell her so ? , mind I told her I waz buying drink and 24 pack h20, and whatever was left paying for gas . All I have to say is I’m not coming back here with such rude people

It's a good location when it's open. Unfortunately it closes at 10 PM. I'm here right now and all exterior lights are off and a sign on the door saying hours are 6 AM to 10 PM.

Visited this gas station at 2:20 PM on a Tuesday afternoon. Stopped in to get air in my tires. while the machine does cost $2, I was able to fill up all 4 tires and for once along my travels…the machine PSI matched what my tires gauges were reading. Stopped inside to ask for directions and the employee could not have been any sweeter and more helpful. The store looked clean and was well-stocked! I recommend ✅

This location is part of Couch-Tarde out of Canada. Multi-billion dollar company, also in Europe. This location has tremendous operational and management issues, and of course they're blaming it on Covid and not finding any help. Not true at all compared to other stores and restaurants in this area. Could it be conditions or pay scale? This 24 hour store has been closed on Christmas, day after and about 6 other shifts. New Manager and 1 new employee, all on first. Three other employees are veterans, but that doesn't keep the store open to the public. Lot of issues here! They could do so much better but don't care, that's ok, their other 3 competitors are taking up the slack. Do we really need this store or need to spend your hard earned money there? Not recommended.
