Yea... they really do not pick up their phone during business hours... Since they did not refill my prescription on time when I did multiple times through App, they didn't even pick up the phone.. it's extremely difficult to reach them and I am so sad as my heath conditions are deteriorating without having necessary medications on time...

I can't even get a hold of them after filling out multiple requests about my prescription. I sat on hold for at least 10 minutes each time I called and have been trying them for days and during different times of day

Pharmacy was not forthcoming in the purchase process for COVID-19 home tests, and sent me to the front cashier to get them, then charged me there with out using insurance. When asked to modify payment method, they said the test are not returnable and I need to submit a claim through insurance, which I did and will process in the next 45 days.Insurance will cover up to 8 tests per month. If you are in this position, go to the pharmacy drop off, provide your insurance card and request the COVID at home tests. They will then process your insurance and package the tests for you. You may need to wait or come back. Hope this is more helpful than the cashier and pharmacist at this location.

I made an appointment for a vaccine on a weekday. I came in 10 minutes early like CVS requested on their website. The pharmacy was completely full of people waiting for shots. After talking to a couple of people, I realized they booked 6 people for the same time slot as me, and there was only one pharmacist vaccinating. She was running extremely late--as expected since she was the only one there. I ended up waiting an hour for an appointment I made online. I will not be back to this location.

I made an appointment in advance to receive my COVID booster here. I got there on time, checked in per the link I received at 7:29 for my 7:30 appointment, and when I walked back to the pharmacy, I was told the person giving the vaccine just left and I could not get my dose. When I asked for an explanation, the tech first tried to insinuate I should have been there earlier, which he quickly stopped when I showed him my appointment time and that I was right on time. The pharmacist then became aggressive and said that if I insisted on receiving my vaccine as scheduled, she would open a vial and waste 4 doses (which is pretty obviously unethical), otherwise there was nothing they could do. The lack of ethics required to put someone in the position of either having to make the decision to waste 4 doses or not receive their scheduled dose is just appalling. The pharmacist was combative and non apologetic. She also would not answer the question of what happened to my dose- since I had an appointment and was on time, if there was no dose for me, then logically, they likely threw it away. Wasting vaccine on top of turning away people who had appointments without providing them the vaccine seems extremely negligent to me.

Would not recommend attempting to get vaccinated at this location. I showed up for my appointment time and there was no nurse available. I was told to return the next day for my appointment and still no nurse.

Most CVS stores are very similar but I had a pleasant experience here getting a regular seasonal flu vaccine shot, even during the ongoing pandemic. Surprisingly to me, it was free! (I thought it usually cost a couple bucks)

I am uninsured and had a post-surgery antibiotics prescription that totaled $89. The pharmacist was able to find a discount for me today brought it down to $26, and I didn't have to do a thing. It was honestly a lifesaver.

I needed an inhaler for lung problem from flu First CVS said they did not have the prescribed materials. They sent me to the CVS Ram Plaza and said it would be smooth to pick up there. I was treated rudely and told no such prescription in computer and I'd have to wait while they found out I wanted to wait in car since diagnosed w flu but they said not possible. So inside coughing and waiting w others. NOBODY tells me whether they have what is needed as I wait 20 min-- fine to wait if I know they have it. Customer service failure by both stores.
