I was there at 7:15am on 4/16. The main doors were not open and the lights were off, although it states on here the store opens at 7am.

It is by far the most uncommunicative pharmacy I ever dealt with. I had surgery and medication was called in- they didn’t have it in stock and were not even decent enough to let us know they didn’t have any in stock. Spent an entire day trying to get an answer if they have it, can get it. No calls back.

Dominic was my cashier the other day and I just had to come here to give him the praise he deserves. What a friendly and chipper guy! He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and seemed exceptionally hard working, polite, and well spoken. I’m not sure how the pay thing works around but Dominic certainly deserves a raise for his work ethic. I will be returning to this CVS for future needs!!!

CVS on 15-501 has great people working there now. Dominic, at the cash register, was so patient and very professional. The people at the pharmacy were equally nice.

Terrible customer service by all pharmacy personnel. Offered little to no explanation of the issue with my prescription then was given very rude and short responses when I came back to check on the status. Just wanted to check to make sure it was ready before going home as I am sick and did not want to have to come back out. Called later about the same prescription and talked to a very short and snappy person on the phone. No reason to work in customer service if you are going to be rude to everyone you encounter.

Nothing like dealing with websites and phone systems that don’t care to eventually speak with helpless people that couldn’t care less. :( This is a business going out of business.

Staff are helpful but super frustrating to go to pharmacy and find it’s closed for lunch or forget that it closes so dang early. Weird - this is a very populated area but CVS can’t seem to staff it.

Couple things here.1. When will cvs do away with the nonsensical robot answering machine? It is painful. Give us customer service please. I hope EXECUTIVES are paying attention.2. When we reach a human after 25 minutes, they should actually “listen” and not argue.3. Pharmacists are overworked and cannot seem to find employees that give a damn.4. English should be a requirement for all employees answering the phone.5. Employees should know that chapel hill is in North Carolina

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review but this place deserves it. Long waits, aggressively rude pharmacy staff (I feel sorry for the few that are nice), random religious prayers offered to me from staff, and what can only be purposeful misgendering of my teens. I truly hate everything about our healthcare system but this place really makes me sad.

Great crew here, who will go out of their way to help you if they can. People upset about their health insurance & doctors often take it out on the staff. Not fair.
