Friendly and Attentive! The staff is highly professional from the desk clerks to the phlebotomists. Dr. Schmidt is my favorite, always taking time to listen and help.

They failed to update me on my change in status when they dropped me as a client. I did not find out until trying to book an appointment. They did not notify me nor did my Duke MyChart account indicate this. Very disappointing that they are so unprofessional.

Absolutely impossibpe to get a sick day appointment. Next annual exam for an established patient is 5 months away
