The gentleman behind the counter who helped me was friendly and he was able to diagnose the problem with my vacuum right away.
After a thorough blast of compressed air and a reasonably priced replacement part, my vacuum is working like new again. The whole process took around 10 minutes.

I had to have a hose and filter replaced. It took two weeks to get parts no fault of the owner with shipping thing these days. Once the part arrived, I received the sane day repair which was excellent and customer service.
