Tavera was very excellent to me today her customer service was amazing I was overcharged twice by their broken debit card machine and her manager was not very helpful in resolving the issue. She on the other hand was a great help and serviced me very gracefully I am very thankful for her! If she leaves nobody should ever buy gas from here! Treat her well!!!!!!Thank you Tavera!!!!!

NEVER mail anything from here!!! Waited 30 minutes for the young lady to incorrectly add postage to 30 envelopes just to have another gentleman have to redo ALL of them. Printing machine continuously jammed. An hour and 10 minutes later my 5 minute transaction was complete. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

For the third time in recent memory, trying to buy gas at this gas station resulted in my debit card getting locked by my bank, because the transaction looked so suspicious.Only shop here with cash, I guess.

* RIP-OFF WARNING *Machine for car wash will not give change for cash and no signs to tell you this. I lost money and the guy in the store was rude and unhelpful (I was polite). Signs (this morning) also warn the machine will not take credit of debit cards. I *strongly* recommend you go elsewhere.

Went at 6:45pm to drop of end of day first class mail in the drop box inside the store. When I put the mail through the slot, you could the see that there was no box / container inside the drop box and my mail went all over the floor inside. This is how mail gets lost and never delivered....I tried to reach my mail to pick it up to give to the person in the gas station to put in one of the pick up boxes behind the counter and couldn't reach it. I opened the door to the drop box (not secured, by the way) that is standing open to pick up my mail off the floor and a tall oafish looking guy with plastic ear stretchers and tattoos yells at me to not open the box and put it back and starts towards me. I had my mail in my hand and was standing up and tried to tell him that there was no box/ container inside and my mail was all in the floor. He didn't let me finish getting my sentence out when he yelled at me again to put it back. I started again to tell him what the problem was and he yelled at me to put it back again. So, I tossed it back on the floor inside the drop box. He walked over, picked up my mail, handed it to me and told me to take my mail and leave. I asked why and he said I threw the mail on the floor. I said that you yelled at me three times to put it back and I put it back where I had picked it up, on the floor with no box/ container inside the drop box. Then A kind of tall, mannish looking woman with dark hair said I had to leave and take my business elsewhere. So, I did. They don't do their job and put a box/container for the mail to be put in inside the drop off box and when my mail is all over the floor and I try to pick it up, they tell me to leave... This is the same guy that, when I went previously to mail six certified letters, told me not to come back with that many again that they would only mail one and that I would need to go to a "real post office" if I wanted to mail more than one. So, it seems, that these gas station workers don't wanna be bothered with doing any additional work in the contracted post office inside the gas station as it apparently "isn't a real post office". Wonder what Eagles gets paid to have the "not real post office" in their store. Maybe it should be removed and the not get paid...They always have an attitude like you're bothering them to do anything that has to do with the mail. Maybe the post office should pull their contract and they could just stand behind the counter and talk and not have to work.

Very disappointed in the USPS service at this station. Twice in a week the attendant transcribed the numbers in the street address on the package I was sending. Result, delayed shipping and return to sender problems. On the second package I was told to go to another office. Maybe use this place for gas but I’d steer clear of the shipping services. Also, the two guys working the shipping counter are short and rude.

The gas pumps do not work with my credit card, requiring me to walk inside and wait on line. Staff is friendly but overworked. They claim the owners have no plans to upgrade the pumps. Car wash breaks a lot. I only go here when I have to.

I have NEVER had a satisfactory transaction at this location, there is always some problem. This time employees had their masks hanging off their chins, did not know how to use the postage scale and kept trying to "reload" alternating with banging on the scale's pan. People grumbled as the line grew. One man left to drive down to Pittsboro to get his mail sent out. The rest of us were told to come back later. They wouldn't help me even though I had a flat rate piece to mail. I will do my best never to come back.
