I would give 6 stars if I could. Eat The Frog Chapel Hill is hands down the most welcoming, considerate, and friendly gym I have ever attended. On top of that, the small group format is perfect to get some individual attention but have the energy of a group working out together. Sessions have a ton of variety and I always get a good sweat. On-to-go workouts have been helpful when I travel for work. Rob has been super flexible as my schedule has varied over the years with no pressure to upsell or purchase more sessions than I needed. Can't recommend any higher!

What a great gym! Eat The Frog is an excellent environment for strength, aerobic, and agility gains. The trainers give outstanding support and encouragement; i’m always looking forward to my next workout!

Love ETF and it has something for everyone, whether you're just starting your fitness journey or are otherwise experienced. The owners are great and welcoming and I couldn't speak more highly about my experience.

At this gym I have been able to really focus on my health and manage my weight. In my time being here at this gym they have helped me lose over 40 lbs. The trainers has also helped me with the meal plans and nutrition side of things as well. Going here I can tell the gym community cares for one another and pushes each other to be the best version of yourself. On top of everything the gym is a safe space for all who come in.

I started going to ETF back in February of this year and have loved it! The programming from the franchise is great, and the coaches are friendly and great at modifying where needed for each person. It’s kept me going 3+x/week and has great hours for even a hectic schedule. Definitely worth the price compared to a regular gym for me. Thanks ETF!

Excellent workout experience in a nice and clean studio! Every workout is different and the studio is available 24 hours a day. The coaches are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for those who like a high energy environment when they work out.

This is the perfect gym if you like personalized training in a group setting. It's easy to make new friends that come regularly. The sessions are strategically designed to give complete strength, cardio, and agility training over a repeating weekly cycle. I started ETF about two years ago. The trainers met me where I was, and have coached and supported me to reach my fitness goals. Three days a week, structured workout programs, and constant encouragement keep me coming back for more.

Great gym. Motivating workouts that are divided into 4 quarters and change each week to keep it interesting. The coaches keep it fun and give pointers on form for best results. As it says on the door, exercise is the best medicine.
