I initially made a rush reservation at another Enterprise in Durham, but they left us waiting in line for half an hour and ended up having no available vehicles. Later, we switched to the Chapel Hill Enterprise, and the staff there were super nice. I picked up the car on time with no extra add-on fees.

I had a very strange situation occur while I was renting my car. The car I was renting got hit by another renter in the parking lot before I even got into the car to leave! Jaquan was wonderful and handled everything professionally and as quickly as possible to get me a new car and get me on my way. Even before this incident, all staff I interacted with was very nice. When I returned the car, I was again greeted so kindly and Omar gave me a ride to my hotel. I would definitely rent here again!

I had an incredibly positive experience with a rental here: Kris, Jaquan, Shaheen, and Omari were all tremendously warm, professional, and efficient. During both pickup and dropoff, their presence was a bright spot in my day.

Quan was very rude and cocky. He acted as if these were is personal cars. His attitude from the time I walked in was terrible. I do not recommend this location if Quan is there. The other employees were very nice I appreciate there efforts.

Super helpful. In and out in ten minutes for a no reserve, immediate rental. Only negative is the interception of calls to the local office, by the national answering staff.

I regularly rent from Enterprise for my business trips. Never disappointed. Good fleet of vehicles and the staff is courteous and helpful. What I really like is their home pickup/ drop service which obviates the need to book a cab to and from the enterprise branch.
