I've worked with this location for many years. Very friendly, professional service! Cars are always ready on time. Recently, my sunglasses were missing and they had them waiting for me. I cut a rental short and manager called to inform me my charge would be reduced. Only negative- parking is a bit of a challenge but this is a first world problem!

Brielle was so wonderful and helpful during my time of need. I had a situation on Friday where I had to get my car towed in to a shop and needed to get a rental. She told me there were no cars available for Saturday, but would keep me on the wait list. Sure enough, she found a car for me, prioritized me as a customer, and found me a car. I really am appreciative of the great customer service that this Enterprise location has provided and will be back in the future if I need this service.

I have rented a car from Enterprise, Chapel hill (NC) and returned September 2-4, 2023. After 3 months I am told that I am responsible for ~$16k damage and no body is interested to listen and sort the problem, now threatened to pay $1k down payment. I am told not to be able to rent a car from any company and they want to send a document my file for a collection. No body is willing to look and sort the problem both in the enterprise or progressive. I may need to look for lawyer to deal with the issue. I may need to advice people to be careful while renting and on insurance communication (progressive). /A

I have been in an accident the day before, and was sort of nervous and anxious, however Taylor and her team were unbelievably professional efficient they blew me away. I travel a lot and get to experience a lot of different rental car companies and let me tell you something I will go to this particular enterprise location. They picked me up at my house to n time.The driver was very nice and we had some good conversations. I can't say enough about your team Taylor is the manager and her teammate. Unfortunately, I've forgotten her name but wonderful, personality, efficient, respectful made me feel like they really wanted to make me feel comfortable I was going to give them a 6 star review however Is a NC State fan so they only get a 5 star

Arrived to pick up a rental car. Stupidly, made my reservation for the incorrect date. Agent was very accommodating and provided an alternative vehicle.

I rented a car from the chapel hill NC location from 8/3/23-8/10/23. When I got there no Malibu or Camrys available So the upgraded me to an Audi A6 suv. This made my trip even better??. The young woman that checked me in was a recent college grad and was so nice. The man who went out to the car was very nice too. Not only did I get a great weekly rate but also a premium care at a regular car rate??Thank you Enterprise??

My recent experience with Enterprise at this branch has profoundly altered my perception of the company, all due to the disappointing service provided by the staff. As a dedicated Enterprise renter, I have always valued their exceptional service and affordability. However, this particular encounter has left me questioning my loyalty.I had reserved a 15-passenger van for a family weekend outing, and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was offered a choice among available options. The chosen van was clean, but it came with an unexpected and unwelcome surprise – a colony of ants, presumably left behind by the previous renter due to food residue. After promptly reporting this issue, they took back the van for a quick cleanup and returned it within minutes. Little did I know that this minor inconvenience would turn into a major ordeal during our trip. Throughout our outing, ants managed to infiltrate all of our bags, forcing us to spend time and money on cleaning them before we could use them. This experience made me question the integrity of Enterprise's Clean Pledge, which they promote so vigorously.To compound the situation, when I returned the vehicle as per the rental agreement, I was inexplicably charged for an additional day. My attempt to clarify the extra charges led to a lengthy and frustrating conversation with the staff. Initially, I was told the charge was due to the rental spanning from the 1st to the 4th, making it four days instead of the three I had anticipated. After patiently explaining the situation for about 30 minutes, I was transferred to another staff member who finally admitted the additional day was attributed to a supposed late drop-off, which was not accurate since I had returned the vehicle well within the agreed-upon timeframe. After presenting all my evidence, I was promised a callback after they reviewed their surveillance footage, a process that struck me as questioning my integrity. Regrettably, I never received that promised call back. Each time I attempted to contact them, I was met with extended wait times, and the manager, as I was told, was conveniently unavailable due to an hour-long lunch break.My experience with this particular branch has been nothing short of exasperating, and it has significantly tainted my perception of Enterprise as a whole. It is disheartening to see such a disconnect between the advertised commitment to customer service and the actual experience at this location. This branch, in my experience, has become a frustrating and disappointing outlier within the Enterprise network.

As an Enterprise Plus member I find it frustrating that your company does not have my current insurance information in your system. It would make the experience much more expedient and less stressful. Also, picking up a car with a half tank of gas and being told to return car with a half tank of gas is much more difficult than picking up a car with a full tank of gas and then returning it with a full tank.

After finding this Enterprise, I won't rent from anywhere else in the area. Taylor and her team are professionals who really value customer service. The cars are clean and well maintained and the staff is top notch.

Enterprise rental in chapel Hill NC, was also. I was having bodywork done on my vehicle. Enterprise picked me up on time and placed me in the vehicle I had requested. But the Enterprise in Staten Island NY. Has placed my husband and myself in a rental that didn’t have high beam lighting. And our trip was in the pocono Mountains. Didn’t realize we didn’t have high beam lights. Couldn’t see nothing.. the break prattle didn’t have a rubber cover. Just plain metal. And it rained a couple of days while we were there. Couldn’t see and slippery breaks. We had the car for 5 days and they only gave us a $50.00 credit. How about half off each day we had the rental..

Fast, accurate and polite staff. They took the time to review the vans features and some of its uniqueness.. price online was 100% accurate too
