Trusting my storable personal items to Prime Storage was a excellent choice. The staff was always professional, helpful and there to answer any questions and concerns. As a retired military officer, I have moved many times and always needed extra space to store my personal goods. Prime Storage was hands down the best storage experience for me. Highly recommend!!!!

We rented for 2 years at 2117 Hwy 55, Cary. It was Cube Smart when we started, and much less pricey.Overall, the facility is very nice (clean, well-regulated climate, great airflow, user- friendly app and autopay) and Talia was great as we were moving out this past week.Several time earlier this year we arrived to move things in and out of our unit and couldn’t find a cart, or only had one wobbly- wheeled one available.In summary, it’s been very good facility, rating at 4 stars due to price and cart access.

Staff is very knowledgeable and professional, premises is very clean and well organized. Exactly what I expect in a self storage unit. We made a good choice renting from Prime.
