I couldn't explain this terrible experience I had at FedEx. There are some employees who are friendly and attentive, but there are two who are a complete mockery of the example of what a worker should be to the public. A man with glasses and a sanitary mask? A patan, first class. Another lady with gray hair and glasses, very rude and despotish. If you want to have a pleasant experience there, I would recommend that they not be attended by the two of them.

I had a particularly stellar customer service experience at this location today. The woman who helped us solved a number of issues with ease and also brought the best positive, funny attitude to our conversation.
Also, a previous review commented this location would not ship laptops but I had no problem.

Not a friendly customer experience. The staff person asked me what I wanted without turning around (so I didn’t know if they were talking to me) and then repeated themselves visibly annoyed. All that to tell me that I could just drop my package myself.

I used their online business card printing services powered by Canva .
Unfortunately, the images transferred unaligned. The team at the shop helped me resolve this issue and reprinted the cards for me on the spot .

Today, I tried to return a laptop battery, which is considered hazardous material. I went to the FedEx on Franklin Street ich Chapel Hill with a printed label, but the staff told me they couldn’t ship it and that only the Durham branch could accept it. However, when I arrived in Durham, they also refused, explaining that I needed to call and schedule a personal pickup. The Chapel Hill staff didn’t inform me of this, causing me to waste a lot of time.

The worst customer experience ever. The man with glasses was being extremely rude and disrespect to me. The wording and attitude he had was uncivilized. He complaints Every single question I asked, not listening my inquiry about my own shipment. There are many other people comment on the CX issue, I am wondering how do they still keep their job? Where is the manager?

So un helpful and rude! Walked in, not ONE customer in store, 2 people behind desk, I stood waiting and finally I just asked: Do you sell stamps? To which they said No, and when I asked where I might be able to purchase one stamp, guy said, no idea I don't live here! That was my cue to leave!

This FedEx staff saved the day! I had a large couch being delivered that was re-routed to their store and they not only held on to it for multiple days, they also helped me load 11 boxes, each weighing 30-80 pounds into my vehicle! So appreciate their helpfulness and flexibility!

I came to the store to send a package, but the staff who served me was so rude that I think it was the worst customer service I’ve experienced recently. Woman was rude and not helpful. She didn’t assist me and was passive aggressive. Please, all of us have bad days, but don’t make others to feel bad like you.

I’ve been getting items printed out/enlarged here every month for 7 years and I haven’t had as many issues as I have in the recent months. I email my order in and one employee, Trinity, has messed it up 3 times. I even started adding in the email to please make sure to print out the right items and repeat which ones to print out and how many times. One time I had to wait over 30 mins for her to fix my order. I usually just let it go BUT today she had an attitude like she wasn’t the one who messed my order up AGAIN. She asked her supervisor if she could leave work, he told her to breathe and calm down. I asked for the corporate number to call to file a complaint. Michael claims he tried to help solve the issue but he didn’t even speak to me until I asked for the corporate number. If they talked to me instead of getting defensive I could have suggested to maybe I change the file names to help with this issue. I didn’t want to go back in, but the lady on the phone said I needed a name to file a complaint. I went to Michael and asked for the employees name and I said Michael is the supervisor and Michael got defensive thinking I was filing a complaint on him as well but I wasn’t. Bad attitudes and poor service.
