I’ve been getting items printed out/enlarged here every month for 7 years and I haven’t had as many issues as I have in the recent months. I email my order in and one employee, Trinity, has messed it up 3 times. I even started adding in the email to please make sure to print out the right items and repeat which ones to print out and how many times. One time I had to wait over 30 mins for her to fix my order. I usually just let it go BUT today she had an attitude like she wasn’t the one who messed my order up AGAIN. She asked her supervisor if she could leave work, he told her to breathe and calm down. I asked for the corporate number to call to file a complaint. Michael claims he tried to help solve the issue but he didn’t even speak to me until I asked for the corporate number. If they talked to me instead of getting defensive I could have suggested to maybe I change the file names to help with this issue. I didn’t want to go back in, but the lady on the phone said I needed a name to file a complaint. I went to Michael and asked for the employees name and I said Michael is the supervisor and Michael got defensive thinking I was filing a complaint on him as well but I wasn’t. Bad attitudes and poor service.

I called the store to inquire about printing a poster at 5pm, to see if they could have it printed by 6. Trinitee instructed me to send an email with the file, size, and contact info. As we were communicating back and forth via email, I mentioned that I was researching a few options for getting the poster printed in case there was a more affordable option (such as having the poster printed at the conference hotel in Louisiana), but that I would like a quote to compare options. She responded and said it was probably better to go with the location at the conference hotel. I responded and said I’d like to compare quotes. She sent a price that was higher, but I was fine paying it because it would guarantee I had the poster in time. I responded and asked to have the poster printed around 5:30, and she never responded. I called the store after not hearing back for 15 minutes and she said it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow morning at 8. If there’s a cutoff time for orders, it would be nice to know that. It really felt like she was ready to get off and just didn’t want to print the poster. Girl whatever lol.

I went 5 mins before closing and asked for a print out that I could take at self service. I said I will be quick and will be done in 5 mins. The person at the front desk did not allowed me and said what id you don’t complete in 5 mins and the doors will close exactly in 5 mins. He also said he cannot take printouts as he need that 5 mins to lock all the doors. Very poor service.

Clean quick and courteous. I have a good feeling eveytime I'm there. The vibes almost forces you to have a good day. The only down side is the parking!

I would recommend coming here. I was a bit surprised by the inside is nicer than it looks from the outside. Packages are easy to drop off and staff is on point. I would just say that there is not a lot of parking out front, and will have to find a spot nearby.

There is no better Fedex print location on the face of the Earth. The staff are knowledgeable, skilled, and very kind and helpful.

Toka was helpful from the second I walked into the door. She helped me decide how to best arrange my product and was so kind in providing her suggestions. She was thorough in her work and ensured that the product I was going to receive was going to meet my expectations. The product was great but Toka’s customer service was what will ensure I come back to this exact store for all my shipping and printing needs. She brightened my day.

My favorite FedEx location in the Triangle. I work in Durham and drive all the way to the Franklin Street location because I know Tim and Toka and the rest of the team are not only friendlier but also more competent with print projects than other FedEx locations. It's honestly a bright spot in my week when I have a new print project, because it means I get to visit them, catch up, and can relax knowing my project is in good hands. I am always confident it will be done correctly, well, and in excellent time. With other locations, I often ask to see a proof because of such poor experiences with execution. I never have to worry about that with this Franklin Street team. 10/10 recommend.

Toka is AMAZING. She is honestly the best customer service person I've dealt with in recent memory. Kind, smart, well-informed, patient, and exudes joy. Just an utter gem. She makes this FedEx so worth going to!

I emailed something to be printed as I often do but haven’t done so in a while but not long and it took FOREVER and several attempts emailing it and after 8 times it finally went through but what used to cost $.0.25 per page they decided if your order is under $25.00 they added a $2.50 ser-charge on top of the cost to print out. I find this ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS to do this as it’s robbery to do this especially in the midst of the pandemic and people getting back to work and trying to save money. The customer service has gone downhill badly and I’ll never be coming back to FedEx again for any reason as if they only care about getting money and disregard everything else that no other company like this doesn’t charge a ridiculous price if you don’t spend their amount especially when they have not enough parking for their customers and either have to park far away and walk or risk getting towed because they only have 3 parking spaces for customers. They definitely need to rethink this policy and listen to their customers and what they have to say. Very sad that this is FedEx
