I set up a small business account with FCB in 2016 because it was local-ish, family owned, and I knew a few of the people trying to make it a better digitally-enabled bank. Over the years, this bank has been going backward. It is so incredibly difficult to bank with this institution. From deposits, to withdrawals and digital banking, I have always felt like I work for this bank, not the other way around. They make it really hard to accomplish simple banking for small businesses. If you like having to call someone to execute every transaction and have them apologize and for not being easy to bank with, you will like them. If you want hassle-free banking I suggest you do what I am now having to do which is find another bank that understands that small business owners need 21st century solutions. I am done being frustrated with these people every month. Plan to spend an extra 10 - 15 hours a month on the phone with this bank if you want to go wth them. I can longer afford to.

Wish I could give them even more stars for the outstanding way they fixed a huge problem we just had. Synchrony bank withdrew much, much, much, more than the monthly minimum balance we authorized them to do which nearly drained our account. Of course, this caused huge problems for us. Synchrony Bank not anxious to help at all but First Citizens stepped up to the plate and, the day after I opened a dispute; put back every single penny into our account! Thank goodness I'm a loyal customer of First Citizens. I use them for all my banking and investments and am a very happy customer.

I came to Maria Kern with a banking situation and she did not hesitate to help me and do the work immediately. I saw her resolve my issue and many others in a brisk amount of time and work diligently. I am so grateful for her support. I will go to Maria with any problem and recommend others do so.

Horrible experience would not go back. The bankers acted as though conducting business was problematic. First impressions are lasting. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Horrible service non attentive dismissive staff.

My Mom was terminally ill.So my brother arrives from California with his wife and they proceeded to embezzlement her bank account of approx. $75,000 with full cooperation of the First Citizen's tellers. They even allowed him to order checks with his (and wifey's)name, accessing an account that doesn't belong to them. This went on for a week or more before F.Citizens asked questions. And they still told me to keep banking with them.Incompetent!Minus (-4)

Worst bank ever. Do not open an account here or get a loan. Trying to get a balance statement on my car loan since for some reason you can't view a loan online unless you have a checking account. I called this morning to get them to have it ready. They told me they didn't know me and I needed to come in with my drivers license. I'm here and she's saying she can't get through to the loan department. This is just ridiculous. The employees are rude and they make you feel like you're bothering them to get a balance. I worked at a bank for 10 years and never had to go through so much to get a print out. Get with it First Citizens Bank it's 2018 not 1950

How culture and tastes change. Once an american fast food fish icon, LJ's is in a death spiral around the country. I think I read that 15 closed in Illinois/Indiana. There is only one left in New Yok state. They were the subject of trans fats usage sometime back and changed, but to no avail. I thought is was a reasonable fast food fish place. And their malt vinegar was great. But that is history now in Cedar Park. And so it goes...

Ok, this branch gets 5 stars for the people there... they are fantastic. However it gets 1.5 stars for it's actual banking processes, which obviously the branch can't control... but I wouldn't recommend First Citizens... they charge fees for EVERYTHING. Want to call the automated line and get your balance? After 2x it's 50 cents each! Want to call and talk to a person? $1 after the first time... Move and don't change your address immediately? $5 if your statement gets returned. Move money into/out of your savings more than twice ONLINE?(Like when you get your tax returns, so you're getting money back and moving it into your savings?) $10.... the fees are SOOO NOT WORTH IT. Bank with someone else if you're going to bank with a big bank, I hate to say it, but even Wachovia is better than First Citizens....
