About J.Crew Factory
J.Crew Factory is a nice and clean store, well stocked with men's, women's, and children's sections. Staff has been very friendly and efficient. However, the women's coats were pilling already, with up to 45% wool or completely polyester. Women's sweaters up front are all acrylic, and cotton sweaters found had snags and pulled threads. Men's sweaters were 100% cotton. The women's jean selection looked nice. It is awesome to have something close by.

Thrilled to have this in town and be able to find adult AND kids clothes nearby when in a pinch or just wanting to shop. Staff has been very friendly in my experience in the 5+ times I have been since it's opened.

Nice & clean store - well stocked for items (they have men, women and children section). It was busy with Black Friday, so customer service wasn’t too available, but friendly and efficient.
Awesome to have something close by and not need to trek to Southpoint or Mebane.
