Our toddler daughter was doted on and treated with such respect, which isn’t always the case in stores geared towards adults. Then they made her wedding band at her request. They’ve fixed a crown on a family hand-me-down watch. replaced a battery and reset a limited edition G Shock I wanted to sell, replaced 2 diamonds in a ring that my (now wife) gave me to wear on a necklace. And finally they custom ordered a gold screw back for my wife’s prized diamond earrings gifted by her father. I’d drive hours to get something done by them, and wouldn’t trust anybody else with our precious jewelry.”
