While this is a functional gym, the place is not being maintained very well, the pool has been closed for the majority of the year that I’ve been a member, and the locker room is not well-kept. How hard is it to restock the soap dispensers? Apparently too hard for O2; even when you specifically ask at the front desk and send in email feedback, it still doesn’t happen for at least a week.

I love this place. This is my go to gym every time im in the triangle area! I grew up going to this gym when I lived in North Carolina and it’s where I would train before going off to play college soccer and it has everything you need and then some! The staff is always friendly and the facility is great! Can’t wait to go back whenever I’m back in town!

I LOVE this gym. I love the people who work here and the people who work out here. It's very convenient and I've always had wonderful interactions with staff. I'm here every morning!

What a mess! Second summer that grass has not been mowed as needed. Landscaping is not maintained. Right now grass is 2 feet high in places and fire hydrant on their property is buried. Blight on the neighborhood. Certainly they can afford basic landscaping!!

I’ve had a special place in my heart for 02 ever since I was a kid (the daycare area is home to some of my most valuable memories). However, now that I go regularly, I can say that the positives go beyond just a great atmosphere: the equipment is plentiful and clean, the staff is extremely nice, and the environment is just insanely welcoming. Easiest 5 stars of my life

Excellent staff! Great place to workout I wouldn’t wanna lift anywhere else! This gym is amazing. Fernando is by far the best employee here. Sky is cool too ??

O2 Fitness is a part of our extended family. Their facility is clean, welcoming and has everything I need for my fitness goals. Their child care is especially nice and my children look forward to going each day! The staff go above and beyond to ensure each member is comfortable and their needs are met. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been a member for a few years now and have nothing but positive things to say about O2 Fitness. I take advantage of the machines and free weights! My children thoroughly enjoy going to play in their “Kids Club” too! Join! You won’t regret it.

Today was my first time at a real gym and Matt at the front desk made my experience amazing. Not only did he give me helpful tips on equipment, he was extremely nice. When asked questions he was more than knowledgeable and super chill. He is by far the best front desk worker I have ever came into conversation with. I hope to see Matt again! - Noah Wight

This facility is rumored to be up for CLOSURE. Judging by the disrepair and lack of management, I can see why.The steam room and hot tub have been down for many, many months and the staff simply shrugs their shoulders when asked about the status of repair. The O2 management (corporate and facility) has an obligation to keep its clientele informed of not only the status its equipment, but also the likelihood of closure. How about it, Mike? A simple blanket e-mail to members would be helpful, not a note at the front desk apologizing for the pool/steam room being down and promising to get them up ASAP.Simply blaming the problems on backorders and lack of parts just doesn't fly any more.From O2 in response to previous comment from a member last month: O2 F.Business Customer Service2/20/2023Hi Judith, I'm sorry to hear about your frustration with the functionality of our aquatic center. Although we do our best to keep all our clubs' amenities up and running, delayed shipping and backorders have been causing us and others difficulties with fixing things as quickly as possible. We have been using Jabari as our personal trainer for the last 2 weeks and he is excellent! He is pleasant and full of creative ideas to increase the workout effectiveness. The quality I most appreciate about him is his ability to quickly modify an activity if it is too challenging or too easy for us! I would highly recommend his services!

Great gym! Very courteous staff and childcare available. Never have to wait for machines really. The pool/sauna/hot tub area could use some updating but overall great experience.
