Just kind of a sad location. Employees leave much to be desired. Prices aren't good to enough to justify going here over a better pet place like petsmart or Phydeaux. No one here has an animal first mindset lol

Unhealthy animals are being mishandled and neglected at this location. Animals with known contagious conditions are not getting the care they need.

Lady manager is very rude. Walks around like she has an attitude. Nobody asks the black person if they can help you.

The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. I have no pets myself, but I go to get stuff for pets of friends, and these people cannot be any more helpful!

I just had a wonderful experience in Petco with my two children and a dog ...it's nice to go into stores again and take the dog and the children to see other animals in the fish etc. More recently they've been out of my dog food --however I was pleasantly surprised when the store manager went out of her way to help me ensuring I found my product and I got the best price possible !!! *** this was a really nice experience after having a route RUDE EXPERIENCE mexperience in the parking lot of the shopping center --- thank you to the store manager for helping me out and hooking me up ----I appreciate the customer service and it's nice I don't have to shop online all the time for my pet products
