Seems like they are not wanting to help customers. Point you to the teller machine or another branch. Going to switch to SECU in Chapel Hill

Went in today to pay my credit card bill in cash and this branch told me they did not accept cash as payment. I thought A banks whole purpose was to handle money? What kind of bank doesn't accept cash? I will be cancelling my credit and banking service with PNC.

No Banking services/CLOSED. Very confused as to why they have this location listed but only offers a ATM & refuse to make deposits.

Wonderful staff at this branch. Very helpful and patient. They all have experience working with multi-generational families and will take good care of your older mom and dad.

Very friendly staff. I go in there often to exchange rolled coins for bank rolled coins and they are very friendly about it and are willing to help me out. Never had a problem with my account. Great branch!

Kristy is easily the best banker! She works at the PNC at governors village in chapel hill, NC. I worked for Wells Fargo for 6 years and my fiancé and I changed to online banking because we didn't trust the banks. With our small business starting up we were forced to go to a bank and then I met Kristy who gave us all of our options and suggested what would be best for our business. We will be switching all of our personal accounts to PNC and hopefully using them to buy a home! I actually get a good feeling when I leave the bank and it's because of Kristy. So 5 stars to PNC and give Kristy a raise! she's the best and she's making our dream a reality!!

Bank manger (Mrs. Whitley )and staff extremely rude, not to mention inaccurate. Had issues with my account due to bank staff not updating my account correctly, which was verified from a PNC employee. I attempted to take care of the problem many times, however it was never done properly. Once going into the branch, I was STRONGLY URGED, to open a new account even though old account had negative balance(due to the checking fees accumulating), fees that were supposed to be removed months ago. I was told I had to open a new account in order to be refunded.(Wasnt aware the same customer can open another account if another account had negative balance) I did as staff urged, however days later I still had not been credited, so contacted the bank again. The manager is VERY RUDE, UNAPOLOGETIC AND REFUSED TO HELP ME. She insisted she could not do anything, which was not the case, as I found out by calling the 800 number. After reading other reviews, I see I am not the only one who has received bad service. Due to the way I was treated, my family and I will be boycotting PNC. The PNC staff at Governor's Village is EXTREMELY rude and does not assist their customers in an accurate, efficient manor.

Dealing with this Branch, as well as the customer service department, was a comedy of errors. Everybody was trying to pass the buck to somebody else, and it took me an extraordinary amount of time to negotiate a check from PNC to PNC. This should not be an overnight transaction!! It should be, as it is with most banks, a nearly instantaneous transaction!

The branch itself has been all you could ask for but I would not trust PNC Bank with anything other than processing checking transactions.

I was very upset at how bad I was treated today in your bank. The Indian lady was very rude I couldn't see her name. I'm planning to cancel my account. I was considering have PNC as my primary bank but not anymore.
