Came in with almost 600 in cash for my regular deposits I always have an idea of how much it is or I know today I didn’t know but it’s never been an issue since they verify the amount anyways Particia pechon said that she’s worked here for 20 years and she always tells ppl to count it and was just very rude and condescending and going back and forth with me instead of just stopping or being professional she wanted to argue with a 19 year old about why she was required to count 600 in front of other people who would follow me outside and rob me I even said it seemed safywr for her to count and she told me well what if someone wanted to take a $50 dollar bill which made me feel very uncomfortable and ask her if she felt her job was worth 50 dollars I’m not sure why their employees think it’s ok to joke or make comments about money im supposed to trust the bank with ?

We really enjoyed our experience working with Justin and Niki during our home mortgage/closing process. This was our first home purchase and we couldn't have asked for a better team. They were communicative and explained everything to us. Highly recommend!

Can someone explain why Money Market and Savings Interest Rates are so far behind the Curve? I hear people are getting 1.9% and so far SECU has only inched up to 0.40%. ?

Totally unacceptable! Their systems always goes out on a payday! It's 11am and I'm unable to touch my paycheck due to system errors with the State Employees Credit Union! Holiday weekend and I'm empty handed bc this Bank constantly have issues with their system going down. Taking my direct deposit to Bank of America or Wells Fargo. Anybody that's has a strong support system when the system crashes.

Everyone is so nice.I probably call about 2/3 times a week. They're very friendly and concerning. I have been with them for over 10 yrs.and I wouldn't go anywhere else.......

I've been with SECU for over 30 years and would not go anywhere else. Small, friendly, extremely helpful. But...I have saved hundreds of dollars in fees and interest that banks charge.
