I have never encountered a rude employee. From assisting with my mortgage to immediate transactions via phone, this branch is the best of all 3.

This location is constantly rude and unprofessional. They questioned my employment and went as far to call my employer to ask if my work is worth the money they pay me. Even when my employer let them know their questioning was out of line they continued to try and question me. Whenever I cash my checks they don’t even bother giving me an envelope despite the large amount of bills. They are rude when they speak to you and ask questions. I’ve tried speaking to the manager about this but they covered for their employees saying it was a “misunderstanding”. There is another location down the street, please do yourself the favor and go there.

Don't go to this branch. If you have to go to SECU, which is bad enough. avoid this misogynistic, racially insensitive branch. I expect more from a Chapel Hill bank.

Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. If you can't find another bank, keep your money in a jar in the back yard- way better than having to face these horrible people. Rude, Can't smile or their face might crack. They don't mind letting you know what a favor they are doing for you just by depositing a check. These are the types that send your check back through the tube three or four times asking for more ID or another signature and then refuse to accept it because the date might be the 5th or the 8th, they can't really tell so come back next week.... or whatever silly excuse they can come up with. I've experienced them all. Constant petty power-play. One time they wouldn't accept a wire I wanted to send without approval from someone else (like a man) because they "didn't want me to get taken advantage of" ... seriously. I'm over 50 and have a master's degree. I think I can send a wire without a man's tutelage. Horrible branch- not a great bank.

Was the worse experience ive ever had at a bank. I believe they are more respectful to a dog then their bank patrons. Wow doesnt take much to run a bank in this state just high fees, rudeness, and unavalibility

Kept me waiting too long in an empty branch. Once someone deigned to speak with me, they treated me like a scumbag. Go to the Carrboro branch...they're much friendlier, helpful, and actually want your business.
