Insanely high prices. Carts can’t leave the store so it prohibits more than 2 bags of groceries

Normally I have troubles with my specialty drink, but the girl “Pika” made my Cappuccino perfectly and she had the best attitude/smile on her face :)

"dynamic pricing" (aka getting away with charging more at this location since there aren't many alternate options for food and other necessities nearby)

Very small store, which is fine and appropriate for this address, but it means that careful merchandising is more critical than in a "super store." Jamming a floor plan into the Franklin Street Chapel Hill store based on the uninformed opinions of someone sitting in the the Target corporate office in Minneapolis is not the way this game is played. They constantly run out of the most basic items at this location; lots of empty shelves at all times. Lost sales. Customers get ticked off, leave empty-handed, and likely never bother returning - yet another dreaded "This store is not for people like me" experience. Clothing takes up a disproportionate amount of floor space and yet I have never seen anyone buy clothing at this store. The vast majority of the customers at this location are UNC students and they don't shop for clothes at Target. Why not use that space for things customers actually want and need? Target does not use sales data to tailor the merchandising for each store. Walmart does this and they're experts at it. Spend 5 minutes looking around this Target location and you'll quickly realize that the CVS pharmacy inside this Target location is what keeps it open. When the pharmacy is open, the store is busy. If you walk in when the pharmacy is closed, it's a ghost town. Where is the store's general manager? Where is the district manager? They're M.I.A.

Rude employee in food section: asked employee if she worked there, she half nodded (speaking too difficult for here). Asked location on an item. After an unbelievable pause she stated where it was located (it wasn't). Very rude employee.

Twice now I've gotten groceries here that turned out to be moldy. Ravioli the first time and most recently I did a grocery pickup and the bell peppers they gave me had mold on them when I opened the plastic. So disappointed. I've also bought school supplies here and that's been fine. 5 cent discount if you bring your own bag
