Buyers beware… I purchased a latex mattress approx. $2,100. It felt great in the store but the support failed the first night. My partner and I couldn’t even sleep on it 1 full night. Their comfort policy is a joke. You can exchange your mattress but they will charge you a 25% restocking fee. The only other supportive mattress in the store is approximately $750. Meaning, if I followed through with the exchange, I would end up paying over $2,300 for a $750 mattress. Now we’re stuck with this awful situation.

Best. Mattress. Ever. Seriously. I wish I had found OMF a long time ago! Don't waste your time with big box stores. And best part is it's made locally!Purchased the Extra Firm. Was worried it would be too hard, but not at all (note, if you try out the one in the store know that it has been used, so it's not going to be as firm as when brand new). Side sleeper and this mattress is heaven for a good night sleep! It keeps spine in alignment and I wake up with no pain. Have spent thousands of dollars on high-end and plush mattresses (Serta to Sealy to Westin Heavenly Bed +, which is a joke!), because that's what I always liked and thought I needed. This OMF mattress is utilitarian, yet simple, flippable and comfortable. The best part is a good night sleep after searching many years.OMF at this CH location was great. The sales guy was knowledgeable but not pushy. He explained everything in detail and allowed me to ask questions. No upsell. Demonstrated the difference between OMF and competitor. Much better quality! In and out in 20 mins.Delivery was a breeze too, even while having to manage stairs. Got a phone call a week after delivery and even a postcard. There's an app for a reminder when it's time to flip the mattress (yes this matters). Top notch customer service, product and guarantee. Would recommend OMF to anyone else and when I need a new mattress I know where to go!

Excellent service by Phil! He listened to what I needed for my mother and set up a convenient time for delivery. Excellent explanations of their products without a high-sales pitch. Though I was slightly dreading the task at hand, Phil made the process quick and painless. I highly recommend!

Fantastic personal service. I was buying a mattress for my daughter. I live in Los Angeles and my daughter was moving into her college place. I needed to buy a mattress sight unseen and have it delivered on a specific day at a specific time. Everything was just perfect. These guys told me exactly what they recommended and saw to it that it was taken care of without a hitch. Fair price and amazing customer service.

Couldn't have been better. We were informed the day before of the delivery window, and that the driver call us an hour before arrival. He courteously did that, as well as calling again when they were delayed by heavy traffic. The delivery was prompt, efficient, and careful. We are very happy with our new mattress and definitely recommend The Original Mattress Factory to others.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Encouraged me to take plenty of time with my decision. There was definitely no pressure to rush through the decision making process, which since you're buying something that will last for nearly 20 years was critical. When my stuff was delivered, the staff were very friendly and got it up to my 3rd floor via stairs with no trouble and assembled everything in a jiffy. It was great! They also provided a courtesy call to give me an exact idea of arrival time, which wound up being at the beginning of my time window I was quoted.
