The staff are extremely helpful in assisting with complex photocopying, stapling, and faxing. They are very friendly and handle matters efficiently and with total competency. It’s a delight to go to this store no matter the time off the year. If only the USPS would learn from their example, guess that’s wishful thinking.

UPS stores May not get the most reviews. Then come to Meadowmont. The store is immaculately, clean, very few if any lines and incredible friendly and knowledgeable service from Melinda, Carly, Teja, and Anjni. They wear blue shirts and endless smiles. It is one stop on your list of errands that is seamless. I have recently moved to Meadowmont and this UPS service store is a major plus.

Abysmal customer service usually from same employee. Like she needs a cup of coffee and hug from the customer before she can be kind. I shouldn't have to be the one to say hello or good morning walking through the door, especially when the store is empty at 8:15am. Seems like it's not one of the owners given the other reviews here.

I don't particularly care for UPS as a company, but the people working at this particular store are really on top of things and helpful.

Several things:Admitted that it costs 25-50 cents a sticker and then still justified charging $3 extra.Said computers cost $3 to rent but they have them there at all times and it’s the same computers their employees use.Said they are a small business but are a part of a major corporation.A simple humble apology would have sufficed but they double down on several lies.Do not go here, they will scam you and lie to your face.
