The service from the store associates was very poor. I attempted to return an item because I had purchased the wrong version, but a short, dirty-blond associate began interrogating me about my return, as if assuming I was trying to scam Walgreens due to my dark complexion. He then asked for my ID, seemingly implying that I was undocumented or something. Perhaps he should have also asked for my passport and Social Security number?

Pharmacy opened 20 minutes after its open time despite a long line. Selfish, lazy staff. Wish I could roll into my job any time I wanted, and I don’t work in healthcare..

My father is in the hospital so I went here at 10:30PM to get some things. When I walked in I nodded my head at the cashier and I was stared down without acknowledgement. As I began to shop I realized I needed a cart. As I approach the front counter to get a cart my hands and pockets were stared down. I was so taken back that I didn't even get everything I needed. This place assumes you are a criminal from the get go!!

The pharmacy could use more help so customers aren't kept waiting for over 20 min. When someone is a register and needs much more attention, call someone over to run the register so others can pay and leave. The store was empty there's just is no reason to leave people waiting and waiting.

Bad service and very rude.

As far as the front of the store, they are no issue if you are picking up things and leaving but as far as the back of the store which is the pharmacy.. if you want customer service don’t even bother getting your prescription sent here. After having a RX sent here, walked in and was helped by an employee that helps me and then tells me
to come back around 5 for pick up to flat out lie and says she never seen me before after being discriminated about it being too early to pick
Up a prescription , I’m sure there are policies. yes but where is the customer service and accountability at this location. to feel discriminated and not heard at this location is quiet embarrassing for Walgreens as a company. after waiting over 20 minutes for a prescription that was “ready” after a phone call from Walgreens they wrote on a piece of paper
For me to go to cvs, I knew by their tone and body language that they didn’t care to help me anyways. Find a new job if you don’t like the one you have. Being miserable shouldn’t be taken out on the customer.

I will be finding a new pharmacy. I tied calling to see if my prescription would be filled soon as I have an infection around my eye that is getting worse by the hour and I was told by a doctor it should be treated ASAP before spreading to my eye. Urgent care called in my prescription about five hours ago and I'm still waiting for a message saying I can come pick it up. After waiting on the phone for who knows how long (I got the message saying there was only one person ahead of me) I got a ring tone, but it was never answered so I wasted my time and I don't know when I may get the needed prescription. This is poor service and I don't know who the blame. I don't necessarily blame employees as maybe it is totally management's fault. I will now look for a private pharmacists as Walgreens can't be depended on and their service is horrible, at least at this store.
