Garden center has limited selection. There are no carts outside. There is no outside checkout, so you have to carry your stuff alll the way through the store to checkout. Go to Southern States or Lowes instead.

If you think I'm gonna wait to get somebody and have to pay separately for a $10 container of Moisturizer that's locked in a glass case, you're joking. Used to be my go to for all my skincare stuff but I'll be shopping elsewhere. Do better walmart

I went into Walmart to purchase a phone and plan that they're advertising for straight talk, was told that the only person that can sell me that plan would be there shortly, 20 minutes later I was told that the person was regularly late but should be there soon, then after a further ten minutes of waiting I was told that no one could sell me the plan that they have a giant 2 foot by 3 foot sign advertising as the sole person capable of using the special computer was M.I.A. It seems ridiculous to advertise something and then tell people they can't purchase it, even when it's right there in stock, in front of them. Am I being unreasonable to expect a store to sell the products they advertise?

Walmart.com is a joke this is the customer service I received after receiving a damaged item. Good luck keeping customers this way. After over an hour and also chatting with a supervisor/manager still no closer to getting my item.

#1-The manager (woman) is very rude , I asked her if I could change a $20 bill and she said Walmart wasn't a bank I ask the register person and she said go to customer service and the manager keep saying "lady you need to go to the bank and change your bill ...
The people who are at Customer Cervice are very rude and always treat you as if you were asking them for the things for free away I return a milk was expired and the manager was denied to return she said was out of the store and maybe a buy that milk in other store
To be ones they need to train a better people to work at this store

If I could give zero I would. I purchased expired plant based formula (very expensive), and they wouldn’t return it or replace it. I went back days later and the product was still on shelf being sold to other new mothers. Now, my 6 month old baby is sick. I ordered cough medicine from this location only to realize they delivered me expired BABY medicine. Don’t shop here if you love your children.

I don't understand the purpose of the receipt checkers at the door. If you guys have such a huge problem with theft maybe we should get rid of self checkout and actually put some people at cash registers. How are you going to watch me scan all of my items next to another associate of yours, pay for all of the items that I scanned. Bag all of the items that I paid for. And then you still have the audacity to ask me to show you the receipt even though all of my items are in a bag not even in a cart and I'm carrying my three bags out. And you want to stop me to ask me for a receipt when you just watched me scan everything that was in my hands. I just don't understand.
