The drive through service is EXTREMELY slow. Came to deposit one check and it took an over 5 minutes to deposit it.

Incredibly slow and unhelpful. Waited to make a large deposit. Amazing. That bank could be so ill prepared for customers who are putting money in their bank. We are changing banks.

No service when there is one employee serving both walkin and drive up window customers. Seems that has become the norm at wells fargo.

Everyone at this location has been stellar to work with over the last couple years. Friendly, courteous, professional, without exception. Shorter lines at the drive through and safer parking lot to get in and out of than other locations. Clean and includes safety barriers inside. I closed my account Monday, consolidating to the credit union my mortgage is through, and I certainly disagree with many of the corporate decisions the company has made, but that has nothing to do with the service provided by individual employees, especially here, and I'd be happy to work with them again in the future.

If I could give zero stars, I would. THAT bad. Not this or any particular location, but as my bank, Multiple incidents, not a Karen by any stretch, quite the opposite. I gave them waaay too many chances and learned they are for profit at any cost, and not for me the customer in ANY way. Read the reviews all over, they seem to be a fast emptying pond, I'm not alone in my thoughts.

Every single time I go to this branch, I leave unhappy. Waited inside today with no help from anyone. Every time I've gone to the window, I've dealt with surly tellers who have a hard time following directions. I decided today to go to the Estes Drive branch where everyone is terrific

I go to this branch frequently. Every person on the staff is friendly. Even better, they are very helpful on usual and unusual requests —- opening accounts, getting dollar coins, transfers from one account to another, finding details on the WF app —- all the things that a good bank can do.

I agree with comments about the ATM. They do a terrible job. I can't believe that they stole Wachovia the way they did. I would not bank with them except they are the closest bank to my house.

After closing some accounts with BB&T due to their terrible service and products, I've been very pleased with this branch. They were super helpful in helping me determine the right brokerage CDs that were appropriate for me and offered advice on HELOCs that I may pursue soon with them. So far so good. The right banker can make a real difference and I can tell they want my business.

ATM doesn't work half the time. Don't waste your time here. Better to go down the street to the University Mail Wells Fargo.
