I’ve been coming to 2 the Max Salon since late 2023. I visit about every 3-5 months to get my hair trimmed and I’m always satisfied with the service. If Maxine notices any problem areas with your hair/scalp, she’ll inform you and give you recommendations to remedy the issue.

I just left 2 The Max Salon and I couldn't be happier!! This was my first time visiting here. Ms Maxine did an amazing job on my hair. She was so patient and knowledgeable. We decided on a rod set and I came out looking like a real life doll :-). I had no idea her shop has been on the block for 16 years. I would definitely recommend this shop, I plan to come back soon!

I have not been to a salon in years…I don't trust most who say they can do natural hair. I booked an appointment to get a curly perm (my hair is thick and long, maintenance is too much, and I need to stop putting my hair in braids so frequently). My appointment was with Shamire. She did an excellent job. She and the salon owner explained the entire process before even starting and told me what products to get after to maintain my hair. This has been THE BEST salon experience I have ever had. Highly recommended.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I arrived to my appointment today which was scheduled at 2:30pm on time and was told that they moved my appointment to 1:00pm and was cancelled. When attempting to show the stylist my appointment confirmation and no changes were made, she ignored me. As I stated in my way out, do not charge my card as I arrived on time for this appointment and have no notifications or messages stating this appointment was moved. I will not be returning, obviously.

I had an excellent experience with 2 The Max beauty salon! The quality of the service was outstanding; the salon owner Maxine(Max) and stylist is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. Ms. Maxine went the extra mile to help educate me about the condition of my hair and offered practical advice and guidance to enhance and sustain the quality of my hair. I had a wonderful experience with Maxine at 2 the max salon, I didn’t know exactly what I needed or wanted, she was very kind and helped me, she explained why my hair was possibly shedding, she recommended vitamins to take, her patience was awesome, I felt like I should hug her after the appointment. We don’t know what to do with our hair, she was so helpful. Thanks Mac I will be back.

I always feel amazing and always impressed when my hair is done by Felecia. She really cares about hair and I can tell by the great quality and results of every style she does for me. I love the fact I always get compliments from family and friends too :)
