Always closed when they claim they're open. Prices are much higher than other stores in the area.

FYI: This store CLOSES from **2AM - 6AM**. Yall should be home asleep instead of being out at that time anyways. Its NOT Safe in that area overnight, even though its apart of "Uptown". Not understanding this is VERY selfish on your part. Just saying.

Soooo at 9:54 they don't sell hot food?! 24hr 7-11? The dude w the dreads, needs to go. On the phone can't ring up or give totals because he is on the phone. Grill is going and he just took his food off the grill but can't make it happen for a customer. This is a CLT problem as well. WHY CAN YOU NOT FIND REAL FOOD AFTER 9?! It's ridiculous. Add this store always has homeless people all in front the store. Dreads definitely couldn't be bothered to clean anything up. Chili cheese machine looks disgusting, open donuts laying around. Nasty.

Horrible and lazy customer service, refuses to do anything and then pretend they can’t understand you when you ask for help

This location knowingly scams customers by maliciously charging more for items than they should. For instance, you may get a 16oz Monster energy and if you bought it with multiple items, they will ring it up as a 24oz. The owners are also rude, this is just a horrible location all around and the owners should be criminally charged for how they scam customers and lie about prices.

This 7-11 wasn't even open when I went in as advertised. Such a poor store. I would never go shop there. The guy that works here is so lazy and he won't even open the door for his own manager. The driver for Pepsi trucks agrees

UPDATE to the review (below) I left earlier. I received a response that said "That doesnt sound right. Can you give us more information".I don't know if they mean the facts I stated didn't make sense (when you read all the other reviews, it makes perfect sense) or whether they don't sound plausable. I can't imagine what additional information they could need because I provided a thorough explanation with photos of the receipt overcharge and the price on the shelf.KNOWN TO SCAM CUSTOMERS.Although they price their own brand of ice cream higher than reasonable, I still decided to get a pint priced for $4.99. After paying for my purchase (3 things in total), I asked for a receipt (since one wasn't offered). The total seemed higher than it should have been and the receipt confirmed it.They charged $5.99 instead of $4.99 for the pint of ice cream (picture attached). Mistakes happen, I know.Since I was still at the register I informed them of the mistake. From there, the interaction between myself (the customer) and the 7-11 clerk went like this, immediately after bringing it to his attention:7-11 Clerk: "Prices Change"Customer: But the price on the shelf didn't change.7-11 Clerk: I can't do anything about it.Customer: So you won't even give me my dollar back?7-11 Clerk: Nope....youve already checked out.Customer: Ok, I'll put it in a review.**************************A suggestion for future potential customers- So you don't have to worry about getting overcharged, consider going to Harris Teeter...its only a couple of blocks away.I couldn't very well tell them they overcharged me UNTIL they actually CHARGED me and I verified it with a receipt. Obviously his response didn't make sense, so I knew I was dealing with scammers/cheaters. I wonder how much money they actually scam from customers every day. Management may want to do an audit of this store...maybe rewind the video and watch what's going on in the store.LET QT TAKE THEIR PLACE AND SHOW THEM HOW A REAL BUSINESS SHOULD BE RUN.
