Outside keypad for gas pump not working. Went inside to pay. Attendant processed the pmt inside. Because i had waited in line so long to pay, i chose small amount of gas. But then the pump would not pump gas. I had to go back inside, wait in line again, get a refund. All for $25 worth of gas. Course I was on empty. But went across street to other gas station no problem.

This location is supposed to be open 24/7. I get off work late and whenever I try to come in after work they have a hand written note on the door saying closed and refuse to let me in. Maybe change the hours online or actually stay open

I tried this place because the gas is little cheaper than down the street and it's next to the McDonald's I like but oh my what a mistake. Everything is more expensive on the inside at the "7/11" than anywhere else. I tried to get gas and it said to see cashier and when I went inside I told him I wanted to fill up and he told me to do that outside. I explained to him that the pump told me to come inside and he just shrugged. I asked the other worker if he could help and he said no and that the man who was struggling to understand what was going on was the manager. I was honestly shocked at how little English the manager coyld speak or understand and it was a huge was of my work day. I lost money wasting my time here. I even tried to give them a second chance and gave the cashier a specific dollar amount and the card reader wouldn't read my card. I even double checked at the counter to confirm I had the funds and there was more than enough. The people here incompetent, rude and lazy. The store is dirty and the bathroom is always locked (probably bc they don't want to clean it)

Like any other place these days, they just lock the doors whenever they please. No idea how the general manager doesn’t realize that zero sales happen at certain hours. The best part about it is the cashier just sits at the counter and waves at you when the doors are locked.

Place is a joke. The hours are whatever the current staff wants them to be. Lived here 2+ yrs and walked half a mile so many times just to get there and doors locked with no explanation. Sometimes staff just sitting inside. Wouldnt open. Noticed someone tried to rip the door off recently... completely understand that guys frustration hah. Seriously, I understand the issue with keeping employees, but either pay better or adjust your advertised. OR just bulldoze the place and put something there that can actually serve the public.

I stopped in for a restroom followed by buying a cold bottle of water from the cooler. This is a fine enough 7-Eleven with Slurpee's and rolled meat and lotter tickets and cigarettes. A surprising rack of wine for sale looked nice. Easy parking and easy to get back on to South Blvd in either direction as there is a traffic light at Ideal Way. Gas prices are high but typical for the area. If you are heading to South Carolina, fill up there. [Review 17289 overall - 3279 in North Carolina - 807 of 2022.]

They accused me of stealing and locked me in the store.They say they close when they aren't doing anything but sitting on their phones.They say they dont do cash back and they charge double for everything.I will go to corporate about this. Worst 7/11 in SouthEnd, Charlotte North Carolina.

Maybe it's custom in different countries but I made a purchase there and instead of bagging the cashier just threw a bag at me without a word. I asked him about it. He bagged 1 item and left the rest for me. ?

I wish I could rate negative stars. I speak English, and no one in the store speaks English. It’s very hard when you have a problem, such as my card being charged when I did not get any gas. And no one can help you out! Would recommend hiring English speaking workers to help your English speaking customers! Thank you for wasting my time today 7/11! Suck a fat one
