All of these stores are super ghetto!!! I went in today and the guy behind the counter had a attitude and was making signs about what he was NOT going to do today at work and the person in front of me asked about a ticket and he said he was going to make a sign about that too. Why come to work if you don't want to work. If 7 eleven is all you are qualified for don't be mad at customers because of your lack of skill or schooling.

I filed a formal complaint a week ago with customer service and have been waiting since to receive a call back from the owner of this location. Adding details to your attached link helps with nothing when I’ve already complained and the situation remains without remedy or resolution. Like I stated initially, Awful customer service.

I stopped in at 9:10 pm. as I had an emergency to use the restroom. I asked the guy behind the counter if he had a restroom, and he said the bathrooms closed at 8 pm. I told him that I had an emergency, and he raised his voice and said again that the bathrooms close at 8 pm and if he made himself clear or if he needed to repeat himself again. I said NO and walked out.
I have never felt so humiliated. Some customer service.

Yall fill out a report for this business if you get sick too. Beware and do not get any of the drinks from the soda fountain. They never clean it. The last time I received a drink from there I got very sick, and there was also the aftertaste of some sort of cleaner still in the lines!!!! To make things even worse, they avoided all responsibility for their actions weeks even months after. They are not cleaning their kitchen equipment-, now instead of implementing cleaning policies and facing consequences, they require customers to NOT bring in their own cup, because that was definitely the problem..... Bacteria grow most rapidly in the range of temperatures between 40 °F and 140 °F, doubling in number in as little as 20 minutes, so just think about it whenever you grabbing one of those things from the hot "AND FRESH" area. Ask how long it's been there. Even with the rewards program (- on top of everything, being dangerously, dirty and unsanitary,)this business feels as if it is entitled to over-charge for everything. Bottled sodas just say two for four, but even with the rewards that come out was being six dollars for two bottled sodas. Beware of getting a cuppa ice or a little bit of water in a cup because they will accuse you of stealing (even though they do that to every single person that walks through their door lol) Main clerk that works there has a terrible attitude, and somewhat of a god complex or what some would call a power-b*ner. If you're having a bad day and looking for somebody to start a problem with you for no reason (or over $1.38 that you were trying to still offer ) with you then this is your place!

Stopped here for gas and snacks. I'm not local to the area but the area seemed okay at first glance. However there was a lady rummaging through the trash and peering into cars. The cashier yelled, yes literally yelled across the store to her mother to tell Britney she needed to vacate the premises. Based on this encounter, I'm assuming Britney does things like that quite often. The contactless payments reader didn't work at the pump. The shelves were well stocked and they had a nice selection of snacks.
