As mentioned before many times this place is not open 24 hours. It closes between 2 am and 4 am every day. They put up a sign saying the store is closed for cleaning. Strange that this is never the case for the 7 Elven a few miles from this one. You can see from the door the employees are doing nothing and on their phones. As for stores that are always closed for cleaning it is one of the filthiest 7 Eleven I have been in, the floors are always sticky, there are roaches crawling on the floor at times. Really wish regional management does something about this store

I bought gas on 2/15 in the morning at Exxon and after 3 hours later I got an email from my bank stating my card was used at 7- eleven but it was declined due to use of wrong pin. Someone was trying to use my card and charge my card $126. Be careful and pay cash when you can. I called the store but no one has picked up until now!

I was unaware that 7-Elevens are unofficially closed for cleaning anywhere from 2: 00am to 4: 00am depending on the store. It would be nice if they would update that rather than just saying it's open 24 hours, but I understand that may be a corporate thing. Regardless the customer service at this location has always been subpar, and combined with a clerk standing there doing nothing other than accepting Doordash and Uber eats orders rather than cleaning as the signs implied with a bit of an annoyance. If you're just going to close the store and not accept anybody in then just say you're closed, don't say that you're cleaning if you're just going to stand there doing nothing and refuse to let people in anyway

Customer satisfaction is not a priority. I asked an employee for Columbian coffee and was told no. I'm not understanding why when I came here 3 days ago the man honored my request. I've been going to 7 elevens for decades and have always had a a minimum of three different coffees flavors to choose from. Everyone doesn't drink house blend.

I was doing a door dash around 3:30am and the store was closed for everything but pay-at-the-pump gas and doordash or Uber eats orders. While picking up an order, I asked if there was any way I could buy a drink for myself and the store employee said no. A young man pulled up while we were talking and as I was walking back to my car, i heard him ask if he could get some cigars. And the store employee told him yes quietly but then loudly, as to make sure I heard him, said no. I waited in the parking lot a few minutes to see if he was going to really deny me service but help the other customer, but the employee stood nervously by the other customer's car watching me. So I pulled up to a gas pump and got a little gas. The employee went inside the store, got cigars from behind the counter, did something on the register (which I assume was ring up and sell the cigars), and walked back out to the guy's car and handed him something. I asked across the parking lot if I was still unable to get a drink and he refused to help me. I stopped the other customer on his way out and he confirmed that the employee got him cigars. I went back up to the door and the employee rolled his eyes and came to the door. I asked why he would serve the man and not me and he insisted he didn't serve him, even though I told him what I saw and heard. He then shut and locked the door in my face. I feel very discriminated against, either because of gender or skincolor, although I feel like it was the latter. It was a horrible experience, and while I don't wish to see this employee lose his job, he should be retrained on discrimination and customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to purchase the Skyra water that’s 2 for $4 at any 7Eleven. Cashed in a $10 lottery ticket and when I advised that the discount was not applied I was made to show where the sign showed the price, which I did. (Mind you I immediately dispute the price so I haven’t been cashed out.) Then go back to the register and I’m told that because I’m cashing in my lottery ticket to pay for my waters the discount won’t be applied. Never have I experienced that at any other 7Eleven so at this point I advise him to cash me out for my lottery ticket and then ring me up for my waters. He argues me down that he’s given me my change forcing me to open up my wallet where low and behold I have the same lonely dollar bill I went in the store with. Needless to say I just walked out with my lottery ticket winning and will be going to my normal 7Eleven where I’m treated like an actual human being.

Stopped in for an energy drink and saw some delicious pizza right when I walked in the door. I had to get a slice. The staff greeted me right when I walked in and had a smile on their faces while ringing me up.

I went to this gas station and paid almost $28 for regular in a Nissan Versa, and I was on half a tank. There's no way this should have cost this much, even at 4.09. My belief is there the price set is misleading!

I frequently visit this location as it is one of the closest to my home. The store isn’t too bad in terms of product availability also, so that’s why I visit as well. However, when it comes to the customer service, it could improve tremendously. Most of the staff is courteous and I’ve never had issues with. Unfortunately, there is this one rude cashier who tends to be there a lot when I visit. This cashier is just repulsive to me as I am a very loyal customer there, but he continues to be extremely rude and unprofessional for no reason. Always making an awkward joke or making a smooth, seamless transaction become a very unpleasant one. I never cause any issues with anyone at this location, but I feel as if I am almost always targeted by this individual. This is devastating because I am literally the most quiet and peaceful person in general. I am always polite the cashier who is helping me at the time, but I guess the same respect will just not be reciprocated at this location. Especially in regards to certain individuals working there. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but some comments that were made recently triggered me. Especially since I was already experiencing a troubled day. It doesn’t take much to be kind cause you never know how your words could affect someone.
